FW series The must Silent The pump sits between two rubber shock absorbers to reduce the noise. The sound level of the pump is almost inaudible less than 30 db (for information the pervading noise is situated between 30 db and 50 db!). The new evolution 2008 of the FW5, FW10 and FW16 will have a very low noise level due to a new development of the electromagnetic piston pump. Safety The pump is equipped with a cable with strain relief system to satisfy the standards norm. Easy installation & waterproof The detection unit has a suction outlet on the right and left size. Equipped with an O-ring that is waterproof. Reduced maintenance A fixing clip without glue or double sided tape allows fast assembly and easy maintenance of the detection unit without having to disconnect the piping

2 The silent power FW5+ / FW10+ / FW16+ This removal system consists of the pump unit (L=88 x l=35 x h=68), and a detection unit (L=81 x l=38 x h= 40), and a detection unit with 3 level floats: on, off, alarm. Hydraulic connection On the mini-split type wall mounted equipment, the detection unit is connected to the end of evacuation pipe by means of a rubber sleeve (supplied). On other types, it is connected to the tank outlet by means of a rubber Tube. The hydraulic suction or discharge connection uses flexible piping having an inside ID6/0D8-9. The pump unit must not be immersed, placed outside of the premises, in a damp place and in temperature below 0ºC. The detection unit can be fixed in the air-conditioner by means of double sided tape (supplied). 4 The new range A completely new range of pump with the same technology of the FW range, but with a new design and a new detection unit. The new detection unit with float is more compact and the electronic is on the cover in order to install this directly in the drain pan of the air-conditioner. On the electronic board we built a new relay with a alarm switch NO/NC in 230V with 8A switching current admissible at resistive load. 6 Monobloc cylindrical pump TUBY05 Thanks to his reduce dimensions, the new generation of the TUBY05 pump can be install directly inside the air-conditioner, the ceiling cassette or in the evaporator coil. The noise level is very low, this allows to install this condensate water pump in domestically application. To protect the detection float we supplied a filter. 7 Peristaltic pumps Pump with thermal detections ADAGIO The peristaltic pump ADAGIO with thermal detection is very quiet and can run dry. Not affected by particles, it can work in polluted environments. The support brackets allow its installation in false ceilings or directly on a wall. As soon as there is a difference in temperature of 5º Celsius between the blue sensor installed near the evaporating coil and the red sensor installed on the ambient air side, the pump will run and evacuate the condensates. When the difference detected is lower than 5º Celsius, the pump still functions for a further 3 minutes in order to evacuate the liquid that is in the condensate tray, then the pump stops. Pump operated by a cooling signal BASIC Same characteristics as the ADAGIO but with the difference that the pump is operated by a cooling signal in 230V coming from the compressor (external unit). 8 The most silent and reliable centrifugal pumps of the market Application The centrifugal condensate pumps EE150 and EE400 are designed to automatically remove the liquid from an air-conditioner and evaporator coil. These pumps are made from a tough ABS plastic body so it will resist corrosion and impact. Features. Silent running centrifugal pump with 1,5 m power cord. Ball bearing drive shaft. Check valve to prevent back-flow of liquid into the unit. Overflow safety alarm switch (only 400). The most compact system and silent pumps on the market. Hydraulic connection Run a flexible tubing or pipe from the condensate drain of the air conditioner to the inlet hole on the pump. This drain should have a continuous downward slope to allow gravity flow. Connect the discharge line by hand-tighten the cap nut of the check valve in a clockwise direction. Flexible tubing with size of ID8/OD12 will be suitable. 10 Tank piston pump HIGH-LIFT The new system High-Lift with electromagnetic piston pump and tank was developed to discharge the condensate water up to 13 vertical meters. The internal motor is very silent. Developed and manufacture on the basis of an EE400, this is very compact. Practically without maintenance, just the tank and the floats have to be clean one time a year. The flow rate remain unchanged after long time, due to the electromagnetic piston pump.
