How do you coe with these challenges? That is exactly the field of alication, where our fans were alied. Fans in steel lants are tyical centrifugal fans (single or double flow). They can be found for examle in converter dedusting lants (wet systems), sinter lants, dedusting systems for blast furnances and steel works, ellet lants and much more. Axial imulse fans are only installed in converter dedusting lants with dry cleaning systems. As wear is always a roblem the imellers have to be rotected with different systems like comound lates or newly with sray systems. The hardness increases u to aroximately 75 HRS. The challenge of fans in steel lants is the fact, the fan has a long eriod between maintenance outages. So, it is absolutely necessary, that the fan is otimized engineered for the alication.
