1 YDRAULIC SEPARAON Inta s ydraulic separator provides an effective means of separation between the boiler and load circuits preventing interference between simultaneously operating circulators and providing improved efficiency in the system. The hydraulic separator also conveniently provides air and dirt separation as a complete module unit. Inta s hydraulic separator is also the ideal way to interface multiple loads to a multiple boiler system. 6 YDRAULIC SEPARAON Operating principles Example of a hydraulic separator being used as a circuit breaker between a primary boiler circuit and a secondary heat distribution circuit in a dwelling with two thermal zones This is a typical solution used when the performance of the boiler pump is insufficient to ensure the correct supply of all terminal equipment. FE This solution: - Prevents unnecessary access to the boiler for replacement circulator pump - Avoids the necessity of a second circulator pump in series ensuring correct feed to terminal fittings and prevents reaching abnormal and dangerous circulation within the boiler over the values permitted by the manufacturer.
