6 I l ion-be Hopper How to fit and fill bean hopper Fit bean hopper holder groove into square hole on upside of machine Press bean hopper connecting pipe download and t to the grind level disk. Bean hopper holder Bean hopper connecting pipe Grind level disk Fit the clamp connect-cani into the bean hopper connecting pipe as gure. Then screw knob screw (pcs) to the hole of main chassis and the xing bracket tightly. (knob screws packed in the accessory part) Clamp connect-cani Knob screw Fit the bean hopper into hole of the bean hopper holder as gure. Turn the bean hopper connecting pipe anticlockwise to x it. Fit the bean ba eplate into the bean hopper hole and push the plate completely to get the bean outlet open 5 The bean hopper connecting pipe anticlockwise to x it. When do not push the place completely, the bean is not able to be supplied to grinder, which cause trouble in vending a cup. Close Open Unlock the bean hopper lid with key. Fill the bean hopper with co ee bean. After ll out the hopper, close the lid and lock. Be sure to use roasted whole bean only only, not pre-ground co ee. Pre-ground co ee cause trouble. Recommend to use the Arabica Co ee Bean for espresso and do not use. over roasted bean. 5

7 I ion- d Pr au on How to fit and fill powder canister. Lift the canister up slightly and pull front part of canister toward user. Fill canisters with toppings correctly and close canister lid. Remove any wetness inside of canister perfectly to prevent ingredients from being solid. Then put ingredients into canisters. When lling up ingredients, be sure to rotate the ingredient dispense guide so that it points up (loading position). And slide canister backward and hold it carefully to prevent spilling. When lling up ingredients, do not tamp the ingredient. It might cause ingredient being solid and blocking ingredients outlet. Fit the xing hole of canister into the rotation shaft correctly as shown. Rotation Shaft Be sure to check label on canister and panel if each canister is tted to the correct position. Rotation Shaft Fit the jut in bottom of canisters into panel hole correctly. 8 I ion How to connect water supply hose & test working au on Depending on the water used might cause calci cation inside of internal components. Recommended to check it in every 6 months to prevent any problem in machine working. Be sure to use water ltered by UF Membrane lter. Clean the machine. Place the machine on a at level. d Pr If it is not leveled, it might cause noise. Space of 5cm from wall is required when install. Connect water supply hose Connect Water tap with water supply (Tefron) hose at machine rear side (water supply hose is the left side at machine rear side.) and Connect /inch (Tefron) hose set and fasten tightly. Connect drain hose. Drain Bottle should be installed below side of machine.. Adjust the length of drain hose properly to let. the drain hose 5~0cm below from the top of the bottle. It the hose and drain bottle is not installed incorrectly, it might cause water back ow into machine. If the drain hose would be bent, it might cause water back ow. 9 I be ion-adj gr d le t How to adjust coffee bean grind level Able to adjust the level by rotating the worm level equipped in the upside of grinder. The grind level is veri ed from to 7 level and factory setting level is. If set at too ne or too coarse level, it might cause trouble in extracting espresso. Recommend to set at from to 5 level. Fine Coarse worm lvevel How to install Grinder. Press the mode button inside of front door.. Press the mode button 6 times then Bean Volume Test displayed on LCD. *Refer to Bean Volume Test.. Press any menu button or times to test bean and to ll the grinder with ground bean. Tips when the bean chute is blocked. remove the bean chute by turning it.. remove any impurities inside of grinder with small brush.. t the bean chute then do the above instruction, install grinder. 8

10 Reset Brewer A function to get brewer to standby condition. Press the brewer reset button inside of front door then brewer moves to standby mode position. Brewer excursion error is due to brewer motor or some demage in circuit. When this message is displayed in LCD, need to call authorized local A/S service team. 11 Alarming Empty Waste Box When counter set in advanced to alarm the full of waste box by co ee reach to the preset count. LCD screen will display Empty Waster Box by ickering. Machine will stop vending of all products using roasted whole bean when this alarming message is displayed on LCD (Menu button will be o.) Empty the waste box then press the setting button inside of front door for seconds more to reset the counter set. 23 Trouble Shoo ng G de *When the following troubles happen repeatedly, need to call the authorised local A/S service team to check. Error Message brewer location error brewer location error No Water Check Points Trouble shooting. Check the brewer location state reassemble the brewer correctly. refer to page 6.. Check the brewer t-check swicth replace the switch with new one.. Check if encoder PCB terminals of brewer is unconnected. need to reconnect the terminal well. replace the PCB if the terminals is connected well. Check the water is enough in water reservoir. ll the water enough and press the water supply button inside of front door. Check the connections of water supply hose reconnect the hose well.. Check the the water supply pump works well. replace the pump. Check if the water level in the reservoir reach to the highest level. replace the oat switch in water reservoir. * In case this message is displayed longer than 0 minutes. hot water temperature is low. please wait... heating.... check the connections of heater tank wires. reconnect al wires correctly.. check the anti-over heating device. press the top of anti-over heating device. Top thermistor error. check the connection of top thermistor. reconnect it correctly. check if impurities are putting inside of grinder. turn the grind level control ring over 7 level bean volume test or times to remove impurities inside of grinder. Then press the water supply/reset button inside of front door.. check the connection of ow meter. reconnect all terminnals correctly. check the vibrating pump. replace the pump. communication error. check all harness of internal communication reconnect communication harness. LCD PCB : CN point Salve PCB : CN7 point Drip tray removed. When the drip tray is not installed on the machine, Drip tray removed will be displayed on the LCD Screen. grinder error turn o power and check. hot water supply error turn o power and check. Install the drip tray on the machine.

24 D semble mpone s How to remove mixing bowl Remove canister then pull the A part up, as below gure. Put B part up, as below gure. French Vanilla Hot Chocolate Creamer B Pull out the mixer counter-clockwise direction, as below gure Disconnect hose by puling out the upper part of the hose connected to ingredient dispense holder Hose How to remove the exhaust fan cover. Turn of machine. Unscrew the exhaust fan cover Be sure to turn o machine before remove the cover it might cause injury. How to remove Brewer The handle brewer ejector While rotating the handle brewer ejector upward, remove brewer by lifting it up. How to assemble Brewer Brewer Motor Fit brewer into the hole of brewer motor. Brewer motor press the brewer reset button then brewer motor starts working to place brewer in standby position.

25 D semble mpone How to clean and cleaning schedule *Be sure to unping the power cord before cleaning. Cup Station/Sensor Wipe with damp cloth Remove moisture completely Clean cup station more one time in a day. s *To keep better taste and quality of espresso co ee, need to clean and maintain brewer periodically. *Recommended to clean brewer frequently. Put the canister into water and soak ingredients solid and stuck to canister in water Then wash out with a soft sponge. Assemble after remove moisture completely. Clean canister more one time in a month. Drip Tray / Waste Bin /Drain Bucket. Empty the containers and clean inside with water. Need to check the waste box and drain bucket is full to prevent over ow (more once in a day) It can cause troubles or unsanitary Chute middle. Refer to the page, how to remove brewer. While putting the multi tool on brewer, turn it anticlockwise to the end then the lower pistion move up to be easy to clean.. Pull the chute middle upward. Ingredient (topping) Canister Multi tool Chute. Pull and remove the co ee sludge guide as shown in gure. Sludge guide. Turn brewer backward and wash the water inlet tting part with owing water. * This part is a route feeding hot water to extract espresso. If this line is blocked by co ee ground, hot water feeding and extracting espresso is not available. Must clean this part rst of all. 5. Clean the lower piston and screen lter with small brush. water inlet 6. Wash the left, right, housing inside (cylinder, screen lter inside) with owing water. 7. Remove moisture in brewer. condition.. If stop the machine working for a logn need to clean the above containers completely. 8. Wipe the inside of chute dry with paper or dry cloth the remove moisture. Screen lter Lower piston 9. Reassemble the chute middle and co ee sludge guide and t brewer well then place grinder chute in original position. Exhaust Fan Remove dust around the fan with small brush. <Cleaning schedule> When Remove Brewer then clean it. message is displayed on LCD screen, clean brewer part as instructed above. Must turn o power prior to clean. <Monthly cleaning> Exhaust Fan Cover Put and soak in water then wash out ingredient powder and dust. And remove moisture completely Refer to disassemble components at page 0. Need to check lubrication state of internal connections and working parts once in a month. Check the demage or defect in O-ring of upper & lower piston and screen lter. Do not use volatile cleaning agents, thinner, benzene, solvent etcs for cleaning. It might cause trouble or injury.
