It shall be supplied with the following: FRP basin of single cell design with approx, quantity of 1200 litres sump volume Axial flow adjustable pitch FRP/al-alloy corrosion resistant fan blades 3 nos Fan geared motor 5 HP Water flow rate of 60 KLPH Water inlet and outlet temperature of 36.4 C /32.2 C with wet bulb temperature of 28.6 C should be considered Ladder for maintenance work Support framework MS hot dip galvanized, SS nuts and bolts and fills/nozzles are PVC Monoblock centrifugal pumpset (Kirloskar/Crompton/Jyoti or approved) complete 5 wirh base frame and foundation bolt for condenser water circulation having a capacity of bar pressure. Pump will be driven by 10 HP motor. Pump will be supplied with following valves: 2 no cheque valve at the outlet. 6 Cooling water pipes and fittings (Jindal/Tata/BDK/LEADER make) 1 lot

Drail line will have to be included upto a distance of 10 m from respective equipment. Piping lenght considered outside the plant room upto coolong tower is 30 m. Pipe diameter should be sized for maximum velocity of 2m/sec. 7 Ammonia receiver 900 kg Ammonia receiver of 900 kg capacity in MS fabricated from 14 & 12 mm thick IS 2062 plates of size 20"dia x 16 feet long with standard accesories such as reflex type level gauge, safety valve, pressure gauge, inlet and outlet valves, MS fabricated saddle, oil drain pot etc 8 NH3 Water chiller Ammonia water chiller of GEA make or equivalent Plate Heat Exchanger(60 TR) with ammonia side plates fully laser welded and CR gasketed on water side for chilling water from 10 Deg. C to 2 Deg C from hot well complete with SS 316 plates.standard accesories such as Ms frame, Pressure plates, tightening bolts/spanner etc. 9 FRICK or equivalent Ammonia accumulator of size 24" dia x 6 ft long for water chiller. Accumulator will be insulated with 100mm thick EPS insulation and will be covered with 24 gauge aluminium sheet. 10 Chilled water pipes and fittings Chilled water piping in MS 'B' class fro tank to pump, pump to chiller PHE and back upto one common point in the referigeration room complete with necessary MS painted supports, valves, and fittings asper standard drawing. Piping outside the plant room shall be considered upto a maximum of 30m for piping upto milk chiller & back. Ammonia suction line insulation with 75mm thick EPS pipe section covered with 26 gauge aluminium sheet. Pipe diameter should be sized for maximum velocity of 2 m/sec. 1 lot 11 Liquid line controls for the PHE chiller comprising: float switch liquid line solenoid valve digital temperature controller hand expansion valve strainer antifreeze thermostat 12 Structral support for piping 1 lot Structal SKID supports for the piping system as required complete with MS channels, angles, plates, hand rails etc 13 First charge of Ammonial and oil 1 lot 1st charge ofanhydrous ammonia 900 kg and lubricant oil 50 litres fro compressors 14 MS tank for Hot well & Cold well -10 kl MS tank for Hot well & Cold well for water circulation between PHE and equipments with single partition, Tank size shall be 2.5mx2.5mx1.6m high. Tank shall be made from 6 and 5mm ms sheets with necessary stiffning supports, 100 mm thick PUF insulation complete with epoxy paint for inside of tank, level gauge etc 15 Monoblock type centrifugal primary chilled water circulating pump set for circulating between hot well side of tank and PHE chiller. Pump will be driven by 5 HP motor. Pump will be suitable for 154 GPM against 18 M head. Pump will be supplied with following valves : cheque valve at the outlet.

4 Annex B, page 3 of 3 Monoblock type centrifugal secondary chilled water circulating pump set for 16 circulating between cold well side of tank and various utilities in the processing hall omprising of PHE concentrate chiller, Ice cream Pasteurizer & 3 nos Mix ageing tanks. Pump will be driven by 10 HP motor. Pump will be suitable for 154 GPM against 37 M head. Pump will be supplied with following valves : cheque valve at the outlet. MS 'C' Class (As per IS 1239) ammonia pipes, fittings and valves for interconnecting ammonia refrigeration equipment comprising of compressor, oil 17 separator, condenser, receiver and PHE chiller pipes. Ammonia suction line will be insulated with 75 mm thick EPS pipe section having a density of 18 Kg/ m3. After fixing, pipe section will be cladded with 26 Gauge aluminium sheet..
