3 OVERVIEW The upcoming AEG Autumn Cashback Promotion runs from Wednesday 16th September to 11.59pm on Monday 30th November a period of 10 weeks and 5 days - this covers the key trading period of Black Friday. To capitalise on the Black Friday Trading Period, we have chosen to upweight the cashback levels on a selected amount of models within the existing promotion. All Retailers who are participating in the AEG Autumn Cashback Promotion are eligible to participate in this additional AEG Black Friday Promotion. Consumer messaging will be a simple Double Cashback on selected models in this defined period. This additional activity includes models from all categories - built in and freestanding appliances. All existing cashback values will apply but a selected amount of appliances have been chosen to receive additional discounts during this highly lucrative, limited time period over the Black Friday Weekend i.e. the HK624010FB 60cm Ceramic Hob will go from being eligible for cashback to cashback during this additional activity. The promotion covers all appliance categories - built in and freestanding appliances.

4 KEY DATES The Black Friday activity will run from: 00.01am on Friday 27th November to 11.59pm on Monday 30th November Digital collateral for Black Friday will be released through Trade Marketing Managers on Monday 19th October. There will be an embargo on its usage until 9am on Thursday 26th November.

5 HOW DOES IT WORK? Fulfillment will be post-purchase and the responsibility of the consumer for ALL channels. All information on how to claim will be included in a leaflet, which covers all purchases. There will be one consumer leaflet created per channel due to the large amount of eligible models. Channel leaflets will also be separated into Taste & Care. Please note that collateral for the Black Friday Activity will be digital only - No printed assets will be produced. All claims will be via the AEG online site All eligible models and cashback values will be included on the site, the additional values for the Black Friday activity will be included. All payments will be by BACS only and consumers will receive their money from AEG within 28 working days.

10 TERMS & CONDITIONS Offer available to UK residents aged 18 years or over who have purchased at least one of the qualifying appliances between 00.01am on Friday 27th November 2015 and 11.59pm on Monday 30th November 2015 inclusive. All claims must be submitted on the on line claim system - and will be subject to the terms and conditions contained within the claim system. A printable pdf for postal use will be available on the Claim Site for those customers who do not have on line access. Retailer assistance will be required. A copy of consumers till receipt showing the purchase of the eligible appliance must be uploaded with the claim. Cashback available for multiple purchases as long as they are eligible. Please allow 28 working days for the BACS payment. Closing date for claims will be 31st December 2015.
