2 Gas fired rooftops YCD/YCH Cooling capacity 18 to 68 kw Gas heating modules : G205-G250-G350-G400- marked Voyager rooftops YCD = Downflow discharge YCH = Horizontal discharge Main specifications Voyager range of rooftop units introduces a micro-processor control providing quality, reliability and performance for YCD-YCH 060 to 250. The micro-processor controls the compressors (short cycle prevention, lubrification assurance) improving compressor life. The number of components is considerably reduced, thereby also the possibilities for component failure. Each section of top overlaps into the unit. These overlapped edges are gasketed and sealed to ensure superior water integry with these units. Gas heating The YCD-YCH gas heating modules have now been authorized for marking to be used in the following countries : France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The gas module comes with all safety and control devices included. A forced combustion blower provides the burner with the gas air mixture. The gas is regulated using a negative pressure gas valve which will not allow gas flow unless the blower is operating. Different versions are available to be used with gas types G20, G25 and G31 (factory modified). In all cases, heating output efficiencies are above 86% of LHV. Compressor Scroll compressors on YCD-YCH 200 and 250. All compressors have internal overload protection and high pressure relief. Outdoor and indoor coils Aluminium plate fin and internally finned copper tubes. Outdoor fan One or two fan coils. Direct drive, statically and dynamically balanced. Fan motor(s) have built in thermal overload protection. Indoor fan Centrifugal fan with belt drive and an adjustable motor sheave. An idlerarm assembly is fitted for quickadjustment of fan belts and motor sheaves. Anti-frost control is mounted as standard for cooling operation. Accessories Adjustable roofcurb. Economizer. 25% fresh air hood. Oversized drive (except YCD-YCH 250). Options : Smoke detector. Main switch. American Standard Inc
