1 Standard Tank One (Approximately 1500 gallons) 11' 0" 6" PVC tee Cap / Clean out From Bay Drain See Note 2 1-1/4 Ozone return Line, terminate with a tee 6 Tee 6 PVC To Tank Two See Note 3 6 Transfer 5' 2" 3' 0" Standard Tank One 6' 0" (Approximately 1,500 Gallons) Hole 1 - The Tank Dimensions will vary slightly depending on location. It is important to keep the Tank capacity approximately 1500 gallons and piping layout as close to the above dimensions as possible. Hole 2 - The 6 line from the wash bay should terminate just inside the tank wall with a PVC Tee. This will reduce turbulence in the Grease & Oil Trap option of Tank One. Hole 3 - Ozone return line should enter tank one approximately at the mid section of Tank wall and extend down into the tank approximately 3 (foot). Then Terminate the 1-1/4 Ozone Pipe with a 1-1/4 PVC Tee. This will distribute the Ozone Bubbles towards the entrance and exit of Tank One.

2 Standard Tank Three (Approximately 1500 gallons) Notes for Suction Lines: For all standard filtration Systems we strongly recommend two SCH 80 PVC 2 pipes with SCH 80 PVC pipe fittings. Lines should be approximately 16 off the tank floor and plumbed to the recovery unit using the most direct route and avoiding as many 90 degree turns as possible. Pipe fittings should be cleaned and secured together using only the SCH 80 PVC recommended cleaner and adhesive. Use the Standard Stub Up drawing to have the pipe protrude through the slab at the appropriate position on the recovery equipment.
