2 Tipple; Spring at The Races Tipple is not just about one race, Tipple will truly deliver The Races. In a gorgeous race day garden setting unrivalled in Western Australia, Perth race goers will celebrate both Derby and Cup Day with every race from Flemington and every race from Ascot shown on the most comprehensive audio visual set up ever seen outside of Flemington. Until now there has not been one offering that provides all of the ingredients that make Australia s favourite race so special, from the frivolity on the lawn to the serious business of winning. For those more interested in the fashion, the party, the champagne, the hors d oeuvres or being photographed in the garden, these will all be available in abundance. On the city side of the Domain Stadium, a short stroll from the heart of the Subiaco CBD, Tipple will provide that. And then some. Derby Day Respecting the time honoured traditions of the opening of the Carnival with ladies dressing in black and white, we celebrate men s fashion and proudly display blue cornflowers on our lapels. Then, we reset for one of the biggest and most anticipated race days in Australia, the Melbourne Cup. Cup Day Cup Day we shift our focus on to home grown fashion, with the Parade Ring runway showcasing local designers, set to take place on a never before seen catwalk and a Fashions on the Field competition with a prize pool worth over $10,000 for 1st place.
