17 Wet Valve Seal Rebuild Kit The wet valve seal rebuild kit is used to refurbish the tank valve after each system discharge.

18 VT-1 Wet Valve Tool The VT-1 wet valve tool is designed to facilitate the valve rebuilding. It should be used to hold the wet valve piston while unscrewing the cap and stem assembly.

25 Control Heads In operation, a pilot cartridge is installed in the cartridge receiver. A cam arm, captured by the slide plate, holds a cam next to the puncture pin. CAM ARM PILOT CARTRIDGE (16 gram only)

26 Control Heads The slide plate is released by: Pulling a pull station or separation of a fuse link detector. The spring pulls the slide plate back operating the cam arm to puncture the cartridge and actuating the system. SLIDE PLATE

39 EN-MCU3 Enclosure This stainless steel enclosure can be used when the owner wishes that the fire suppression system match the kitchen decor.

40 EN-S Enclosure This enclosure is used when additional tanks are required when matching to the kitchen decor.

41 Control Heads Each of the Control Heads can actuate up to five tanks by mounting the control head remotely and connecting to the tanks with ¼ inch actuation line.

42 MB-P2 Mounting Bracket Control Head mounted remotely requires the Control Head Mounting Bracket MB-P2. Caution: A control head screwed to the wall could warp the control head, not allowing the mechanism to actuate.

44 Pneumatic Actuating Cylinder PAC-10 A PAC-10 is nitrogen pressurized to 350 psi at 70 o F ( o C). and comes packaged with its own wallmounting bracket.

45 Pneumatic Actuating Cylinder PAC-10 A PAC-10 assembly is a pneumatic actuation cylinder that can actuate up to a maximum of 10 agent tanks simultaneously using one of the four control head models.

46 Detection System The detection system can be either mechanical or electrical by use of the fuse link method for mechanical systems or thermal for electrical systems

47 Mechanical Fusible Link ML Style Link The fuse links are designed to separate at specific temperatures which releases the tension in the fuse link line thus actuating the suppression system.
