GMRT2132 On-board Energy Metering for Billing Purposes 1 Sep-10 Dec-10 Part for on-ground energy data collecting system. for ENE TSI [Note: 2.5 for data transfer on-board to ground 2.6 for communication service - on-board to ground addressing LOC&PAS TSI open point and Appendix D - part 5 (onboard energy measurement system). Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/868 of 13 June 2018 closed the open point on energy metering. By 1 January 2022, Member States shall ensure that an on-ground energy data collecting system capable of exchanging compiled energy billing data in accordance with point of this TSI is implemented. Hence these NTRs remain open until that time]. 2.7 has been removed from the list of vehicle rules and transferred to the list of infrastructure rules. The open point on energy metering and its closure by the recent amendment (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/868) affects the LOC&PAS and the ENE TSIs and both subsystems. Therefore as 2.7 is an energy requirement about on-ground energy data collecting systems it has been transferred to the energy list of notified rules. G:\Standards\3. 4 National where there are no TSI C) Addressing TSI specific cases: National which are alternatives to the TSI GMRT2173 Requirements for the Size of Vehicles and Position of Equipment 2 June 18 Sept 18 Part 5 [Note: 3.2 and Appendix A are notified vehicle rules for technical compatibility with legacy platforms that have a radii greater than 160m and less than 300m. Other NTRs in Part 3 are notified vehicle rules. 3.2 and Appendix A are also notified to address the PRM TSI specific case]. 3.4 and Appendix E addressing ENE TSI specific case (for maximum lateral deviation and Pantograph gauge). GMRT2173 sets out the pantograph sway of UK rolling stock in clause 3.4 and Appendix E. [Note: and Appendix E 3.5 and Appendix B 3.6 and Appendix C are notified to address the LOC&PAS TSI specific case (for (gauging)]. [Note: 3.2 and Appendix A have been notified to address the PRM TSI specific case (table 25) for (step position for vehicle access and egress) for radii over 300m where the TSI gives a choice of using the NTR or the PRM TSI. The PRM TSI applies for track radii from straight track down to 300m. 3.2 and Appendix A are also notified for technical compatibility with legacy platforms that have a track radii greater than 160m and less than 300m].
