2 COMPANY PROFILE The XPONDR Corporation was formed in the USA in 1994 to engage in the business of electronic article surveillance (EAS). By developing and manufacturing a range of fully patented products, XPONDR has provided retailers with a means to control ever growing losses from shoplifting as well as employee theft. In 1997 XPONDR was introduced to the European market and continues to grow with thousands of installations worldwide. The company focuses exclusively on the design, installation and service of security tagging devices directly to end users. The principal approach taken by the company was to develop an effective means to control shoplifting without the need of pedestals positioned at the store entryways. Also, focusing on the development of reusable hard tags which would not only be more effective than what was available from alternative supply companies, but smaller and lighter in weight.

3 THE PRODUCTS INVISIBLE LOOP SYSTEM The INVISIBLE LOOP SYSTEM is "shopper friendly" with no obtrusive side panels or pedestals. The system is installed inside the door frame or mall entrance walls for any size opening. There is never a trade-off of store design and decor for security merchandise tagging. The INVISIBLE LOOP SYSTEM solves the dilemma faced by store designers who may have to make concessions for the appearance of a security tagging system. Alarm lights and sounders are discretely located overhead of the entrance and may be "zoned" to aid in the identification of shoplifters passing through the door. The detection capability of the INVISIBLE LOOP SYSTEM is the highest in the industry, even over mall openings as wide as 30+ ft. All detection systems provide a unique "chirp" feature to alert staff to tagged merchandise too close to the exit. When tagged merchandise displayed is in the fringe of the detection zone, the system "chirps" quietly to warn staff before a false alarm can occur.

4 INVISIBLE LOOP SYSTEM COMPONENTS Pictured below are the components used for installation of our systems. The control box can be mounted in an inconspicuous area in the wall adjacent to the exit, above the entryway, in the staging area or on a wall near the exit. The rod antennas are dropped down the columns or drywall next to the entryway or hidden in the floor. The dome antenna is another option and is mounted to the left and the right of the exit. The puck antenna would be located in the floor below the finished floor for an unseen antenna. The surface mount antennas would be located to the left and right of the exit. The type of antenna/s used are determined by the individual site requirements and site mandates. The digital display box which is audible and visual, sounds when the system alarms and displays the number the system has alarmed; is typically installed above the exit.

5 ACCESSORIES Detachers The low profile housing allows for installation to be surface mounted which includes a security lanyard to prevent unauthorized removal. *Shown with removable locking device. POS Detector Designed to help staff ensure tags are not left on merchandise after the sale. "Bagged" merchandise activates a tone/light under the counter if items contain a tag. Lanyard Black, plastic coated, woven steel wires used to secure such items as handbags, suitcases, sporting goods, etc. Come in various lengths.

6 XPONDR Key Features The smallest, lightest reusable tag in the industry. The detection capability of the "loop" system is the highest in the industry even over wide mall openings. All XPONDR systems can be installed in new or existing stores. False alarming is virtually eliminated through the use of dual frequency technology. A unique "chirp" feature to alert staff of tagged merchandise too close to the exit, quietly warning staff before a false alarm can occur. XPONDR products are patented worldwide.

7 THE TAGS Time proven concept of "frequency dividing" tags. The tags act as unique micro "transmitters" powered and detected by the doorway sensor. Uses low frequency RF with no body de-tuning or shielding. The AG Tag At 7 grams in weight and measurements of only 3/8" x 1-7/8", the AG Tag is the smallest and lightest reusable hard tag in the industry. A unique soft foam insert protects even the finest of fabrics. The tag is applied with the Flat Head Pin as shown or may be applied with the Dome Head Pin for added security. The AGB Tag The AGB Tag is a heavy duty tag designed to resist shoplifters' attack. It has a raised area around the pin head as well as a thicker plastic casing to prevent illicit attack on the pin shaft. The Armored Tag Series Both the AG and AGB Tags are available in an "Armored" version. These tags are the same size as the above mentioned, however, contain an "Armored" clutch designed with a protective brass sleeve surrounding the clutch mechanism preventing cutting, burning, or smashing of the clutch with pliers or other tools.
