In addition, customers are able to access real-time pricing, availability and ordering information using Eaton s Global Vista system. Product-specific information is available online. For example Eaton s innovative Tabula switchboard system is supported by our downloadable DACS Design and Calculation Software a user-friendly problemsolving program that assists in estimating costs and assembly times, and which also produces drawings for final documentation. Your customers will have the reassurance that the products installed have been inspected for their safety, reliability and performance by KEMA, the internationally recognised, completely independent certification organisation. The KEMA-KEUR mark is the highest form of certification they can award to an electrical product and is further endorsed by continuous follow-up witness test programmes.

7 Testing and commissioning Testing Eaton uses the knowledge obtained in testing its type tested assemblies (to IEC ), together with tests already carried out under the device standards (IEC 60947) and other relevant standards for individual components, to ensure the complete integrity of its products. The wealth of information gained enables us to share an intimate knowledge of the behaviour characteristics of our components with you so you can provide your customers with an unequalled set of design and build standards, as well as thorough TTA certification. In addition, Eaton s membership of the KEMA World Panel Programme will enable systems delivered by our original equipment manufacturers to comply with our type tested designs, achieving valuable certification which can be transferred to you as our partner. As the partnership develops Eaton is also able to help you become part of this prestigious World Panel Programme. Site installation Our support doesn t end when your panel leaves your premises. Eaton s team is your team so if you need us on site when you are installing, we ll be there. If you envisage problems with the installation, you can call on our experts to work with you on site our consulting engineers are fully experienced in the commissioning of switchgear and complete control rooms, as well as containerised switchboards and hybrids. And should something go wrong on the day, one of our trouble-shooters will be with you to sort the situation. Our commitment to you is total. Training Eaton will always endeavour to fulfil your training needs. For example, on specific projects, pre-installation workshops or specialist seminars can be arranged for you or your customers to ensure thorough familiarity with the system this could include advice on first-line maintenance, so helping to reduce the amount of time your engineers need to spend on site or on emergency call-outs.
