Fit the new frames on the back box. 3. Connect the cables to the KNX module. 4. Insert the module into the frame. 5. Click on the front plate. 5

7 Flexibility Ensuring you work well No doubt you re familiar with the phrase «Last one to leave turns out the lights». It shouldn t need saying, actually. But in office buildings with large numbers of employees, it s not always a workable solution. Valuable savings on energy can be made here using movement detectors for instance. Lights are not switched on until the movement detectors register motion and are turned off again when required on request you can even incorporate the heating so it is adjusted automatically. Dimmable lighting is automatically adjusted to the outside brightness and even larger areas such as long corridors can be monitored across their full length. Individual heating control Presence-dependent room heating. Heat is supplied automatically at the exact time required and individually via controllable room temperature control units. No need to turn the radiators up and down manually. Don t worry: if you forget to do it, the KNX system will remember to do it for you.
