4 INTRODUCTION Hamaden Kogyo Philippines Inc., as a subsidiary of Hamaden Kogyo Co. Ltd Japan is an Electro-Mechanical professional contractor. Our company which operated for the last 14 years since March 26, 1998 offers its local and overseas network of versatile and diverse wealth of experiences in Technical Engineering solutions on Building Engineering and Plant Engineering particularly in Electro-Mechanical Planning, Design, Construction and installation project scopes as well as its proven Preventive Maintenance expertise on heavy industrial plants. Hamaden Kogyo Philippines Inc., recently integrates Cleaning Maintenance of electrical machineries i.e. Diesel Power Plants to its current Preventive Maintenance specialties. This method will accordingly narrow the long-term impacts of wear and tear, specially on heavily exposed rotating machineries. Such preventive method service will significantly contribute to an operator-machine general safety. We strictly implement safety regulations especially during construction periods adherent to OSHA, and commonly adapt to ESH laws of Clients and General Contractors. Our Safety department is mandated to conduct Job Hazard Analysis and create programs for safety and welfare of workers in most appropriate mediums such as seminars, posters, motivations and like forms of merit-demerit systems. 4
