COMPANY PROFILE Thejo Haton is the Middle East partnership of THEJO one of the World s leading solution providers in the core sectors of bulk material handling, conveyor systems, mineral processing and corrosion protection and HATCON the leading provider of anti corrosion protection systems and surface preparation for the oil & gas mining, power & desalination, petro chemical and general industry in the Middle East. Background Thejo Engineering Limited (Thejo), an Indian company, has been offering its products and services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through an exclusive association with Hajjan Trading Establishment, Saudi Arabia. This association has been in place for more than a decade now, with good healthy relationship formed between the managements of the two companies. After detailed study of the Governmental policies in Saudi Arabia, it was decided that the best option for creating the JV would be to make it a 100% foreign investment company, owned by non Saudi organizations/personnel. Accordingly, THEJO ENGINEERING LIMITED, INDIA and HATCON INDUSTRIAL SERVICES W.L.L. BAHARIN (another company owned by the CEO of Hajjan, Saudi Arabia), have come together to form the Joint Venture company namely THEJO-HATCON INDUSTRIAL SERVICES COMPANY ( THISCO ). A Brief profile of the partners are attached herewith. Accordingly, a LLC company has been incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after getting due approval from SAGIA. The Joint venture is owned by Thejo and Hatcon in the ratio 51% : 49% respectively. Business Plan & Territory The JV has been registered as a Service organization and shall not indulge in Manufacturing or Trading activities. Initially the territory allocated for carrying out the business by THISCO spans over Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. The prime portion of the technical crew and products required for carrying out the business of THISCO in the gulf region would be supplied by Thejo India, who has expertise of more than three and half decades in this area.

2 Management The JV would be managed by a duly appointed GM and his team of officers as well as technical crew. The GM shall report to a Director Board, which shall be responsible for monitoring the performance and growth of the organization. Potential Clients Thejo Hatcon, is already having vendor Codes / business relationship with big players like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, Saudi Electricity Company, Maa den etc. and are vastly into business contact with other companies like Marafiq, Bilfal, Zamil Steel, Saudi Cements etc. inside the Kingdom. We will put our full effort to become a major player in the service for the Rubber Lining & Conveyor Maintanance sector to serve our Clients with complete solution.
