Entrotec s Standalone or Integrated Access Control Solution. The biggest headaches for property managers have always been the abuse of locks, the high cost of replacement keys and the associated maintenance costs. Entrotag is a proximity access control system offering a simple solution for key management. Entrotag is available as an integrated or standalone access control solution for Elite and systems and is ideal for apartments, schools, clubs, high security custody suites, offices and all new development projects. An Entrotag proximity access control system can be incorporated into a door entry system by fitting a reader in the door panels at front entrances (Entrotag Elite or ) and a standalone reader for rear doors or sub-entrances (ETS or ETA). The Entrotag reader is protected by vandal resistant lexan. Entrotag offers a cost effective access control solution that is flexible and user-friendly. Entrotag is easy to install and requires less cabling than other access control solutions. Key management is assisted with keys (etags) being assigned to a flat with a colour reference. Keys can be securely added or deleted at call panels or standalone readers so there is no need to access the main control unit. On systems keys can also be administered remotely over the internet. The use of Entrotag Programming Cards makes programming fast and simple with programming instructions on the reverse of the card and memory usage and diagnostic information displayed on screen. Additional Programming Cards can be added to a system allowing multiple operators to administer keys. Optional contractor keys can be programmed into an unlimited number of systems prior to installation. 9 ENTRONET CONCIERGE SOLUTIONS Working seamlessly with Entrotec s scalable Door Entry System, EntroNet Concierge Solutions have been developed to provide additional security and reassurance to residents in buildings with multiple entrances. EntroNet Lite (EntroNet Porter System) EntroNet Lite is an active call Concierge system that gives full control of door entry calls on an easy to use touch screen video phone. Door entry calls from multiple blocks with systems can be controlled on a single Concierge station. Operating Modes EntroNet 5 allows the door entry system to be operated on 3 modes for block control: Standalone, Intercept and Monitor. In Standalone mode, all calls from visitors at the door are routed directly to the resident. In Intercept mode, all calls from visitors at the door are routed to the Concierge. The Concierge can call up to the resident and patch the call through, or handle the entire call themselves. In Monitor mode, calls from visitors at a door are routed directly to the resident unless the dwelling has been set to divert to the Concierge. EntroNet 5 Many Local Authorities and Housing Associations require door entry systems to be installed that can become part of a staffed access control system at a later date. EntroNet 5 can be integrated with an system at any time, making the system truly Concierge Ready. EntroNet 5 connects to an system controller through a retro-fit EntroNet Gateway Cabinet. As soon as the two parts are connected EntroNet interrogates the door entry system to understand its configuration, and automatically sets up a system database ready for the operator to add resident information as required. All system transactions are recorded irrespective of the mode of operation. Visual and audible signals are extensively used to indicate events on the system. We provide local authorities, housing associations and all new development projects with solutions for people with various disabilities to gain access to buildings. Entrotec call buttons have a yellow contrasting ring around the buttons to distinguish the stainless steel of the buttons to that of the call panel. Entrotec engrave standard English braille (grade II) on our call panels. On functional call panels the braille numbering with lead in characters is engraved to the left of each call button with the number engraved above the braille. On digital style call panels the buttons are laid out as a standard telephone keypad with the number 5 button incorporating a pimple. The and Cancel buttons are fitted to the left and right of the button in place of the * and # with braille words and Cancel. We can include braille for panel instructions and the block name. With the fitting of a call progress indicator the visitor can see the operation of the system with indication of ing, Speak Now, Door Open and System Busy.
