16 Summary and Conclusions Model is based on the latest NABCEP PV installer task analysis. Complete, integrated and foundational programs are needed. Multi-course certificate and two-year degree programs do well in addressing needs. Model helps establish entry requirements and prerequisites for existing PV training courses. Model can help integrate solar and construction content into existing courses and programs. 16
