General description The Basic Control Panel has been specifically designed for interconnection and supervision of the accessories supplied with the FISAIR Evaporative Humidifiers. The addition of the CCB makes it possible to obtain more precise, simple and reliable integration into air treatment units. The control panel manages all the accessories of the FISAIR Evaporative Humidifiers: Water re-circulation pump Minimum and maximum water level detector of the tank Water-supply electro-valve for the tank Motor-valve for purging/drainage of the tank The water treatment system by means of a UV lamp (optional) Water conductivity (optional) Max.25m Figure 1: Examples of installation of the BCP on a vertical wall and a BCP integrated in UTA

Scope of installation The Basic Control Panel is supplied in an insulating box made up of a bottom and removable top in RAL coloured ABS 7035, with weatherproof top (according to standards IEC // ) with degree of protection IP56 according to EN60529 and shock-protection IK07 according to EN /96. Heat and humidity measuring conditions from the area of the installation: Relative Humidity [ 5%... 95% RH], without condensation. Temperature [ -10 C C ] During the installation, it is necessary to respect the recommended spaces for connections, inspection and maintenance. If the box is perforated in the places indicated for fixing, it must be ensured that the necessary degree of protection IP56 is maintained. The Basic Control Panel weighs 3.15 kg., and should be installed vertically on a wall (see Figure 1) to maintain the IP56 degree of protection. In figures 2.1 and 2.2, the minimum service spaces are shown which are to be respected and heights of the perforations which must be made for fixing. Give special attention to the quality of the water supply, to the hygienic demands of the application and to the required working cycles. 1) Configure the purging of the tank according to the following options:

18 MANUAL Basic Control Panel CCB Start up When the installation premises are fulfilled and the purging options and the operating times are set, and when all the connections are made: 1st. Verify that the mains voltage corresponds to the supply voltage of the BCP according to its pertinent electrical diagram. (See the number of the electrical diagram on the characteristics plate in the interior of the CCB) 2nd. Change the state of the switch I1 from position 0 to position 1. A scan is carried out of the LEDs through the entire command and viewing interface and the low voltage remote signalling contact is activated (Connection J25).

If you have enabled the UV lamp, the LED will flash blue until the confirmation of the in operation sensor is received, at which point it ceases to flash and will be constantly illuminated in blue. II. Once the working mode is selected, the LED of the electro-valve for water supply to fill the tank lights up until the mechanical valve of the float/buoy is closed. In case of a fault in the mechanical valve, the tank continues to fill up until the level III. sensor detects the maximum level of water(led red). Once the minimum water level is reached (LED green), after 30s the water recirculation pump is supplied (LED IV. green). During the operation or after switch off, the LEDs will be lit depending on the configurations set down for purging. V. In the course of operation, whether MAN or AUT, under any anomaly, it will be possible to view an alarm code on the display.

Once the defect has been solved, it is necessary to turn off the equipment and start it again to return it to its initial state.
