We became known for creative ways to hide clients unsightly or undesirable rooms in their home, in addition we specialized in creating panic and safety rooms for our high end clients. Although we were able to find some hardware on the market that allowed us to build hidden doors, we could never find a complete system that enabled us to complete a project from start to finish without some type of additional R&D to get them to work. When the housing Market turned in 2007 we set out to create a complete system that worked flawlessly without any additional work required from the builder. We did find decent systems but none without flaws. Like any other great working product we used existing systems and removed the margin of error and failure points. BIFOLD BOOKCASE DOOR As you will see with our bifold hardware system, even though there are a few others out there. None offer the structural integrity and solid engineering that ours offers. Starting with the foundation you will find that all the weight is transferred to the side rails of the bookshelf and the weight is not bearing on the bottom shelf like others. In addition our layout has been perfected to prevent errors, so our hardware does not require you to add any type of shims to the hardware to get it to be functional. FLUSH MOUNT DOORS You will find other flush mount doors on the market, but through Murphy Doors relentless pursuit of perfection, we have redesigned similar hinges and made them even better. With Murphy Doors Flush Mount Hinge, you will be able to use the same hinge for Inswing/Outswing left or right hinge. But to make life even easier our upper pivot pin is no longer a bolt, our smooth barreled pivot with steel bearings insures smooth operation and an easy install and removal if you decide to move and take your door with you, and no more wearing out the bolt causing other issues. Our manuals are complete, if you are building your own door from start to finish we provide you with the material list that you will need to pickup at the store. Then we provide you with a cut list, guiding you through step by step what dimensions each board must be cut to. Our hardware install is as easy as one measurement to insure and the rest is just screwing it in. Whether you built your own door or we delivered your completely assembled door with the hardware pre-installed, yes I did say pre-installed, unlike the competitors our doors are delivered with the hardware in place providing you a quick and accurate install.
