3 Phase 1: 1. Furniture in Staging areas to be dismantled 2. Offices in swing are reconfigured 3. Daniel Posea moves into temp workstation 4. Records staff and LSSO move into hoteling office 5. Phase 1 staff (some from Finance, Customer Service, Marketing and General Manager s staff) move into swing. The General Manager remains in her office 6. Furniture in Phase 1 area dismantled, hoarding installed and construction begins. New carpet and paint installed (except in the General Manager s office) 7. Furniture reinstalled in new layout 8. Note: Access to vault to be maintained at all times SWING SPACE Swing offices reconfigured Daniel moves to temp Records & LSSO move into 520, remainder of staff move into swing Area of new carpet & paint (open areas only, NO offices), and new furniture installation Area of construction Swing

4 SWING SPACE Phase 2: 1. Phase 1 Finance and General Manager s staff move into their finished 2. All Marketing staff move into their finished 3. Phase 2 Finance staff move into the swing 4. Business Centre moves to its new area 5. Furniture in Phase 2 area is dismantled, new carpet and paint installed and furniture is reinstalled in new layout 6. NOTE: Access to vault to be maintained at all times Phase 1 -Finance moves to finished Phase 2 -Finance moves to swing Marketing moves to new area Business Centre moves to new area Area of new carpet & paint and new furniture installation Swing

5 SWING SPACE Phase 3: 1. Phase 2 Finance staff move into their finished 2. Customer Service staff move into swing 3. Customer Service manager moves into swing office 4. Furniture in Phase 3 area dismantled. Hoarding installed, construction begins, new carpet and paint installed (excluding office) 5. Construction in Phase 3 completed, furniture is reinstalled in new layout Phase 2 -Finance moves finished Customer Service moves to swing Area of new carpet & paint (open areas only, NO offices), new furniture installation Area of construction Swing

8 SWING SPACE Phase 6: 1. Operations staff to move to their finished 2. Dispatch staff move into their finished 3. Former Dispatch room is reconfigured to new layout 4. TMS staff temporarily move to vacant desks in the Operations area 5. Furniture in swing is dismantled and reinstalled in the new layout 6. Records, LSSO and TMS staff all move into their final location (except Igor) 7. Swing offices are reconfigured, then Igor moves to his final location 8. Igor s old office is reconfigured into the hoteling office 9. Furniture in meeting room staging area to be removed 10. Boardroom and Meeting Room to have new carpet and paint installed 11. Internal corridor to have new carpet and paint installed Dispatch moves to final area Scheduling & Ops move to final area Areas of new carpet and paint Area of new furniture 50 HIGH TECH ROAD, 5TH FLOOR
