3 Board Meeting Schedule The goal of the school board meetings is to provide information allowing the Superintendent and School Board to be confident the project planning and design is proceeding in the manner best for the students of the Corporation 3

4 Scope of Work Summary This Summary is a working document Will be updated periodically throughout the design phase of the project The preliminary costs are estimate budgets Budgets for each scope of work listed may go down or up in cost as more information and design collaboration occurs Gibraltar and EPCSC continue to monitor the progress and establish final cost estimate budget verification PRIOR to projects Issue for Bidding 4
