Ability to apply graphic knowledge to the representation of spaces and objects. (P) 2. Ability to develop functional programs for buildings and urban spaces. 4. Ability to conceive, formulate and produce urban projects. (P) 5. Adequate knowledge to apply urban masterplans codes and Regulations. 6. Adequate knowledge to design and carry out masterplans, urban design projects, landscape architecture and gardening proposals 7. Adequate knowledge to carry out landscape and environmental studies, as well as environmental-impact assessments. (P) 8. Ability to draw up civil engineering projects. (P) 9. Adequate knowledge of the history of architecture. 10. Adequate knowledge of urban sociology, theory, economics and history. 11. Adequate knowledge of ecology, sustainability and the principles for the conservation of energy and environmental resources. 12. Adequate knowledge of general theories of form, composition and architectural types. 13. Adequate knowledge of the traditions of architecture, urban planning and landscape design of Western culture, as well as their technical, climatic, economic, social and ideological bases. 14. 2 15. Adequate knowledge of mechanisms for drawing up and managing urban projects at any scale. 16. Adequate knowledge of methods for studying social needs, quality of life, habitability and basic housing programmes. 17. Adequate knowledge of metric and projective geometry applied to architecture and urban planning. 18. Adequate knowledge of the analysis and theory of form and the laws of visual perception applied to architecture and urban planning. 19. Adequate knowledge of topography, hypsometry, cartography and land-modification techniques applied to architecture and urban planning. 20. Adequate knowledge of spatial representation systems applied to architecture and urban planning. 21. Familiarity civil, administrative, urban-planning, industrial and construction regulations relating to professional practice. Transversal: 22.
