Florida s Past Agenda 21 Governor Charlie Crist New Frontier of Evil Part 3: The National and Florida Blueways Control the Water and Land (Agenda 21) Neil Rice, Roy Callahan, Karen Schoen, AgEnders, agenda21today.com Life without knowledge is death in disguise. Florida s Current Agenda 21 Governor Rick Scott The Capitol, Tallahassee, High Crime Area What difference does it make? In 2010 President Obama created the " American Great Outdoors Initiative (AGO), which calls on Federal agencies to use a comprehensive and collaborative approach to conserving rivers and other waters by employing a combination of land and water management strategies at a watershed level, a wide approach to conservation while misleading the people by presenting Blueways as recreation and sustainable economic opportunities. On May 24, 2012, Secretary of the Interior, Ken Salazar issued a Secretary's Order 3321, establishing the National Blueways System. The National Blueways Projects goal was to insure Federal Land and Water Management control over tens of thousands of miles of rivers, including streams and hundreds of millions of acres of land. The Blueways and Greenways are under the American Trails Organization, combined with the National and State Parks, Preserves, Reserves, conservation land, land corridors, and open spaces. American Trails Organization will control and own the water and land in the United States. Federal water control disguised as Blueways, are being presented to the people just as the Federal land control disguised as Greenways is offering the people as outdoor recreation with hiking, biking, swimming, walking, camping and back to nature. Sounds tempting doesn't it? UNDERSTANDING LAND AND WATER CORRIDORS: Land (Greenways) and water (Blueways) corridor are widen over time, on both sides, which requires more land acquisitions. As they widen and encroach onto your land, your begin to lose your property to these conservation schemes under the broad program called conservation and sustainability. Your land and water will be condemned, deemed as unusable by these groups in one way or other by declaring it a wetland or having an endangered species, plant or animal, etc. The Florida Evergaldes restoration Project is a perfect example. Using Global Warming (Climate Change) as being man made claiming man is destroying the planet and environment with CO2. This has been proven farce and a fraud, another 1
scheme used by the United Nations and their program writers. The United Nations Climate Change Panel (IPCC) has scientists that have now stated their Global Warming was done incorrectly and was a political agenda. The United States Supreme Court will be hearing this issue in Their ultimate goal is Loss of private property rights and liberty, by confining you in what the United Nations call " Human Settlements, these are areas for people to live, work, shop and go to school. No ownership of land, home or automobiles! WHAT IS A BLUEWAY: A Blueway is a navigable waterway, including all its Tributaries, land lying adjacent to conservation areas, Federal, State Parks, Preserves, Reserves, open spaces. Environmentally sensitive lands, wetlands and uplands are often used by human and wildlife alike but under these programs that activity must be monitored and controlled. Blueways and Greenways are also considered a part of Smart Growth Management. (Agenda21). Blueways are now claiming puddles on private property are part of the program and must be controlled by the government. Now rain water is being taxed. Through conservation programs created by governmental and non-governmental organizations, such as the U.S Department of Interior, Department of Natural Resources, EPA, U.S. Fish, and Wildlife Services - use programs like: Easements, Endangered Species Act, Water Nutrient classifications, Eminent Domain, to gain control of the land often without proper due process and without paying for it. EXAMPLE: An example of the National Blueways: Dam removal has already begun in the first Blueway designation out west. Here is something to think about. Dam were put in place to control flooding. Towns and communities using hydroelectric power, a cheap clean source of energy created prosperity for towns with farming and industry. By removing the dams, town are suffering droughts, animals are dying at an alarming rate Farming (our food supply) is curtailed and energy costs necessarily skyrocket. No government official answers the questions of: flood control, droughts, irrigation, water supply loss of energy. Removal of dams create water shortages which will also create food shortages. He who controls the energy controls the country, he who controls the food controls the people. American s are guaranteed the right to own private property in order to safeguard against government controlling the food or water of the people. The National Blueways is created by bureaucrats, unelected NOT representing the people and NOT Congress representing the people. If the people knew the truth, would they willingly give up their private property? Take the water and food away from the people and they become indentured servants willing to do whatever they are told to do in order to eat! 2
MONEY, POWER AND CONTROL! FLORIDA BLUUEWAYS, CONTROL OF WATER AND LAND IS AGENDA21 Florida Blueways is a program that has emerged from a partnership between the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Committee's, Florida Marine Research Institute (FMRI) and the Coastal Management Program. The thrust of the Blueways is to provide coastal management with a means to make decisions possible about both human and natural environment. Starting with the entire Florida coastline. THE AQUATIC PRESERVE PROGRAM, See MAP Below: 3
In 1975 Florida enacted the Aquatic Preserves Program ". Today Florida has 41 Aquatic Preserves, encompassing approximately 2.3 million acres. All but four of these submerged lands" are located along Florida's 8,400 miles of coastline in the shallow Waters of Marshes and Estuaries. With over 40 designated paddling trails on various rivers and streams is the impressive 1,515 mile Circumnavigational Saltwater Paddling Trail (commonly referred to as the CT kayaking area. The CT is divided into 26 segments, for rest and lodging layovers (more land acquisitions). SEE MAP BELOW: The CT is a strategic long-term priority of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), being coordinated by the Office of Greenways and 'Trails. 4
Also the Circumnavigational Saltwater Paddling Trail now connects to the States of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. MAP OF THE U.S. SOUTHEAST COAST CIRCUMNAV IGATIONAL SALTWATER PADDLING TRAIL See Below: Florida has an "Acquisition and Restoration Council (ARC). Governor Rick Scott is the CEO, and along with his Cabinet is a 10 member group with representatives has the responsibility for the evaluation, selection, and ranking the State Land Acquisition Projects and the Florida Forever priority list and management plans, and land uses for all State Owned Conservation Lands. Is this why the Florida Greenway has and Trails own 5
25.62 million acres of land, and Florida Forever owns 28 % (almost 1/3) of the State of Florida? There are many Blueways in Florida, N.E. Florida Blueways, Ocmulgee River Blueway, the Great Calusa Blueway, lst. Johns River Blueway, Apalachicola River Blueway, and many, many more. Responsible people want land preserved but who is better to preserve, individuals of the Government. Time proves that land in the hands of the individual takes better care than any government agency. A result of this is the massive forest fires often ignited by uncleared underbrush that used to be cared for by loggers. Today the land can not be touched so underbrush is left to become tinder igniting quickly and spreading massively in lightening storms. Once lush farm land, is now dry and fallow due to government programs withholding water. Those worried about CO2 are allowing these fires to put more CO2 in the air in one fire, than humans can put in the air in years. The programs are never reviewed for consequences because the goal is to steal land not conservation. 6
MAP OF THE APALACHICOLA RIVER BLUEWAY See Below: Please take notice, the land surrounding the Apalachicola River Blueway, State Parks, Preserves, Water management Area, Apalachicola National Forest, Environmental Area. All lost land and on an enormous scale. Lost Land! 7
How many people know that the United Nations owns and manages the Florida Everglades under the World Heritage Program? Did you know that today much of Yellowstone State Park is off limits to humans? Did you know the Government is now restricting human activity in the Everglades after assuring the public that this would never happen. The Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area is part of a vast Ecosystem that begins hundreds of miles away in the Chattahoochee National Forest in Georgia. 86,140 area Apalachicola River. 26%20Materials%20March%202.pdf We are losing the State of Florida to all these programs that are using United Nations Policies. Private Property will take a back seat for the good of the collective. Harvey Ruvin, Miami Dade Clerk of Courts and ICLEI member, appointed by Marco Rubio. No more Private Property Rights and Liberty. Humans will be told how and where to live, and how much water and food we can have. No Voice. This is the Elite desire thorough their "ONE WORLD ORDER. According to them Americans can not own land. After all that is a bad role model for the rest of the world. WHAT CAN YOU DO: Arm yourself with facts. Get involved, go to your local commissioners meetings, State Representatives, Your Congressman, Senators, and speak out. You elected them, talk to them show them the facts. You control their decisions. Stop attaching yourself to a party; it took both parties to get us to this point. Research and Vote for the Right Candidate. We owe this to our children, grandchildren and the future generations of the Greatest Free Nation in the World. May God Bless America. 8
