3 COMPANY PROFILE In 2015 New Building Company, a company established by the Gruppo Zeppieri Costruzioni & Gruppo Sagi Costruzioni, two major companies operating in the public and private sectors in Italy, has tightened a partnership with Carlo Pes Interiors, a renowned signature International in the sector of furniture and design. From the collaboration with New Building Company born New Building Italian Company, based in Casablanca (Morocco) in order to develop in Morocco and across North Africa, Housing projects, tourist complexes, hotels, hospitals, public works, roads and infrastructure. The sector of the executive design develops the whole technique part with the collaboration, as well as of the internal architects to the study, also of the specialists from all sectors, such as of the electricity, water, air conditioning, of the lighting designer and landscaping. The sector of graphic designer cares the image the presentation of the project and all aspects purely of the image. The technical department is a fantastic example of pragmatism and innovation: It aims in fact to develop ideas and turn them into working plans, that do not betray the end result required by the client.
