And transform the fryer by baskets into an automatic mini tunnel!!!!

3 TRANSFORMATION FROM VERSION TO BASKETS TO THE AUTOMATIC MINI-TUNNEL VERSION 156 version with baskets At version 156 with baskets, the slide for draining and the baskets are removed. Available automatic tapes: - Gastronomy - Krapfen - Pastellated The tangential pump is installed, useful for the forced circulation of the oil; allows a better heat exchange, therefore cooking at a lower temperature. Depending on the chosen tape, the tape and the counter-tape are inserted inside the tub (the tape for gastronomy has the counter-tape separated from the tape to facilitate cleaning of the machine). The electrical for checking the chosen tape is placed in the side of the fryer (as shown in the figure). 156 automatic mini-tunnel At this point, the 156 with baskets, has been converted to all effects in an automatic minitunnel fryer.
4 FRYER G-156 (with tape for gastronomy products) The tape G is expressly studied to transform the fryer mod. 156 in an automatic for continuous productions of gastronomy products (potatoes, fish, ascolane, meatballs, carnival products, etc.). Covers Counter-tape Mod. G Electrical Tape mod. G The tape G, is composed of: Main tape for transporting the product; Counter-tape, to force the product to remain below the oil level, the counter-tape can also be separated so as to facilitate the cleaning process; Closing covers; Control, to activate - adjust the speed of the tapes and the pump. Possibility to make the tapes choosing between two types of wire mesh, depending on the type of product and customer needs: o Monofilament wire mesh TYPE BS, various steps available; o Wire mesh TYPE TIPO TN. K with overturning system Electrical The tape K, is composed of: Tape for transporting the product with a overturning system at halfway cooking; Closing covers; Control, to activate and adjust the speed of the belt and the tangential pump for forced oil circulation.
