Available automatic tapes: - Gastronomy - Krapfen - Pastellated The tangential pump is installed, useful for the forced circulation of the oil; allows a better heat exchange, therefore cooking at a lower temperature. Depending on the chosen tape, the tape and the counter-tape are inserted inside the tub (the tape for gastronomy has the counter-tape separated from the tape to facilitate cleaning of the machine).
