8 FLOORS FC1 Carpet Daily you Vacuum 1. Check the vacuum for damage such as cracked casing, split lead, or a faulty plug. Also check to see if the vacuum bag needs to be changed prior to starting Correct Vacuum head Cleaning sign 2. Ensure you have the right hoover head on the correct setting to hoover a hard floor or a soft floor such as a carpet 3. Go over each section of the floor, working slowly to allow the suction to remove all the dust and dirt. Be sure to get under furniture and in the corners 4. Return equipment to store cupboard once task is complete You must display a wet floor sign, or cleaning in progress sign, to warn members of the wire. 9 FLOORS FC2 Carpet Spot Clean you BP Spot & Stain 1. Spray direct onto spot/stain area Remover J Cloth 2. Avoid misting chemical into the air 3. Blot with clean cloth 4. Allow to dry 5. Vac or brush away 5. Clean and return all equipment to the store cupboard once task is complete with chemical crumbs, dust, dirt, or debris If using a vacuum Vacuum display a wet floor sign, or cleaning in progress sign, to warn members of the wire. The wire can cause a trip hazard

10 FLOORS FC3 Carpet Deep Clean you Vacuum Comet & Pelican pump x 4 5 litre bucket 1. Safely move any furniture where possible. If required ask a colleague to help 2. Thoroughly vacuum the carpet before application 3. Fill a 5 litre bucket with warm water 4. Add 4 x Pelican pumps of product into the 5 litre bucket of warm water 5. Place the pre-dosed chemical into the rota wash machine 6. Move rotary scrubber over desired area, repeat until clean 7. Remove dirty water as required and empty as necessary NOTE: Only use the rotary scrubber if you have had the necessary training with chemical transferring the diluted mix into the rotary scrubber Monthly members experience crumbs, dust, dirt, or debris No staining visible Rotary scrubber 8. When finished replace handle upright to stop. Wipe down the rotary scrubber with a cloth until clean Carpet is dry 9. Allow the carpet to dry thoroughly before replacing furniture 10. 11 FLOORS FW1 Wood Floors Daily you Daily Neutral Floor Cleaner Pelican pump x 4 1. Safely remove furniture or other obstacles that are on the floor. Ask a colleague for help if needed. Sweep or vacuum before you mop 2. Place a wet floor safety sign in a highly visible position in the area that you are mopping 3. Fill bucket to a suitable level with warm water (half full) 4. Add 4 x Pelican pumps of the product with chemical at all times dosing chemical. Floor is dry and smear free Mop & Bucket 5. Using the mop, apply to the floor, wetting the floor thoroughly 6. Agitate with the mop, then wring out the mop to remove excess liquid 7. Safely move furniture back into position. Ask a colleague for help if required You must display a wet floor sign, or cleaning in progress sign crumbs, dust, dirt, or debris 8. Carefully top up the 2L Bonamain bottle with clean water NOTE: Only use the rotary scrubber if you have had the necessary training 2L Bonamain bottle and Pelican pump x 3 Hard bristle brush or deck scrubber 3. Spray diluted product evenly onto section of floor you are cleaning 4. Agitate immediately using a hard bristle brush or deck scrubber 5. Leave for a minimum of 5 minutes to allow the product to work DO NOT ALLOW SURFACE TO DRY 6. Remove product using the rotary scrubber and fresh clean water with chemical transferring the diluted mix into the rotary scrubber Rotary Scrubber 7. Carefully top up the 2L Bonamain bottle with clean water 3. Spray diluted product evenly onto section of floor you are cleaning NOTE: Only use the rotary scrubber if you have had the necessary training Monthly x 20 Hard bristle brush or deck scrubber 4.
