9 Pty. Ltd. Key Points Guardian utilize a 10 Point Transition Plan to ensure a smooth & efficient commencement to the provision of our Cleaning Services. An Area Manager is dedicated to your site to ensure that all specifications are being met, that Company Policies area being adhered to & to assist you with any other matters. Our strength is to ensure that you do not have to waste time managing the cleaning processes. We accept responsibility for that role and work to ensure your standards are met and exceeded. Our Area Manager will liaise closely with you, and can provide you with written detailed reports on the cleaning standards, as well as assist you with initiatives and strategies to bring further benefit to your organisation. Guardian Staff are readily available in your area, and Guardian will only employ staff that can fluently read and speak English, who are well presented and who meet our stringent selection criteria. Guardian will always endeavour to quote the correct hours to do the job. We believe strongly that by providing our staff with the correct amount of time, resources & support, that they will take pride in the building to ensure that it is cleaned to the required standard every day! This approach ensures that our clients stay with us for many years.
10 Question Pty. Ltd. What do we need to do to secure your services? When you start the cleaning of our building, is there much disruption in the first few weeks? Questions Often Asked Will the Area Manager visit our premises on a regular basis or will they become complacent over time? Answer We require a written document stating our start date with the agreed monthly price. This enables our Company to start our set-up process. No, as we pre-plan our whole service prior to our start date through our 10 point transition plan. Our cleaning staff are given a visual inspection of your premises (with your approval) together with our Training Manager. We write individual job descriptions prior to commencement and would coordinate times and duties for our staff. Often 2 or 3 visits prior is needed. Under our Quality Assurance, it is compulsory for our Manager s to inspect your site weekly (unless you state otherwise) to ensure our cleaning program does not drop off the interim. This system is one way to keep a client more than happy. We feel that a once a month inspection with our client is appropriate.
11 Question Pty. Ltd. Why are our cleaning standards and our customer support levels generally higher? Answer There are a number of reasons why we perform in the market place.. Our staff have enough time to clean your premises properly We are meticulous with our inspections and staff training Our Managers are highly experienced and capable people, not simply cleaners that have been promoted We do not sell contracts or franchise We base our quotations on a very high standard We provide a pricing model that will ensure we ECEED OUR CLIENTS EPECTATIONS rather than provide a pricing model to WIN THE JOB
