2 Work Instructions for Housekeeping Title: Cleaning of Office Automation Equipment R2/ All Klean Cleaning Agent Clean Water Telephones Check if dust, stickiness and Finger marks are removed Make Solution as per Instructions Disinfect the telephone with separate clean cloth damped with R1/Germ Free The mixture container should Always be at least 4 to 5 feet Away from the telephone Spray enough to make the cloth damp Clean Blue Striped cloth Wet cloth and clean Disconnect the Handset Wipe all area free of dust and grease Clean Handset and Instrument clockwise from top to Bottom Clean Edges and bottom surfaces Connect Handset Inspection by Supervisor Clean Telephone Cord gently Job Completed

3 Dos and Don ts Cleaning should be done as per schedule prepared by the property manager Only washed and dried blue striped cloth should be use for cleaning Check it the solution is R2/All Klean before diluting with water The cleaning cloth should not become wet with R1 / Germ Free. It should be damp. Squeeze the wet cloth to ensure that the mixture does not drip while wiping Keep cleaning material and tools back in place Wash hands with soap and dry Do not dirty your uniforms Do not apply too much pressure on LCD display and dial pad Do not rest your hands on clean areas or upholstery

12 Work Instructions for Housekeeping Title: Cleaning of Toilets: Bowls Display sign CLOSED FOR SERVICE Wear Gloves Flush Toilet Wipe the outside of bowls with red striped cloth damped with R1/ Germ Free Wipe the seat of toilet dry with clean Red striped cloth Fill squeegee bottle with R6 concentrate Shake R6 well before filling Inspection by Supervisor Squirt R6 under the rim, around the bowl, onto water, flush paths and around water outlets Remove sign board Leave to activate for 5 to 10 minutes Job Completed Scrub inside of bowl with brush Flush to rinse the toilet

20 Work Instructions for Housekeeping Title: Waste Disposal DRY Refer garbage bin identification list and schedule WET Refer garbage bin identification list and schedule Tear full size papers if any, that are found in the bin to 4 pieces Lift garbage bag and Check for any leaks Segregate environmentally hazardous products like alkaline batteries in a separate bag Empty garbage bins into main collection bins Insert in fresh garbage bag Clean garbage bins and insert new garbage covers if needed If there are plastic container instead of garbage covers in the garbage bins then wash them, dry and place them back Return bins to original its place Handover main garbage bag/bin for Municipal collection Wash hands clean and dry
