2 1. Introduction This document contains a list of issues that have been resolved in OnGuard 7.1, and is intended as a supplement to the OnGuard 7.1 Release Notes. 2. Access Control A slave reader for a dual reader interface added using the Wizard does not work (OG-29730): This release resolves this issue. The slave reader works as expected when added using the Wizard. 3. Actions The text field of " address" and "Select printer below" are cut off or overlap on the Schedule Report Properties dialog (OG-29985): This release resolves this issue. Text fields display as 4. Alarm Monitoring Max Cardholders reached alarm does not appear in Alarm Monitoring (OG-29670): This release resolves this issue. The Max Cardholders reached alarm appears in Alarm Monitoring as CommonAdministrationStrings.rc has the word Acknowledgment misspelled as Acknowledgement (OG-29710): This release resolves this issue. Acknowledgment is correctly spelled. Alarm Monitoring stops working when performing an alarm acknowledgement (OG-30205): This release resolves this issue. Alarm Monitoring works as When sending Generic Input events, the alarm name is displayed in OnGuard instead of the text that associated with the event (OG-26778): In Alarm Monitoring, when Generic Input events are sent, the associated text now appears for the alarm description instead of only the alarm name. Generic Input events are: Input Alarmed - L_GENERIC_INPUT_ALARMED Input Normal - L_GENERIC_INPUT_NORMAL Input Low Low - L_GENERIC_INPUT_LOW_LOW Input Low - L_GENERIC_INPUT_LOW Input High - L_GENERIC_INPUT_HIGH Input High High - L_GENERIC_INPUT_HIGH_HIGH Alarm Monitoring operation slows after the Display Controller Capacity option is enabled (OG-30059): This release resolves this issue. Alarm Monitoring works as Alarm Monitoring stops working when opening a map with devices in different monitoring zones than what is already opened (OG-30223): This release resolves this issue. Maps open in Alarm Monitoring as Alarm Monitoring does not display receiver account groups (OG-30308): This release resolves this issue. Archives Enabling archive database feature on SQL Server Express does not start Setup Assistant (OG-30203): This release resolves this issue. Setup Assistant starts as expected when the archive database feature in SQL Server Express is enabled. 6. Badge Types "From Cardholder ID" badge types cause issue when adding second active badge (OG-29646): This release resolves this issue. From Cardholder ID badge types work as 7. Database Setup Incorrect value for the Bias offset of the Casablanca/Morocco time zone (OG-30299): This release resolves this issue. The correct value for the Bias offset of the Casablanca/Morocco time zone is now inserted in the dbo.worldtz table of the OnGuard SQL database. DataConduIT DataConduIT service stops when executing the MoveBadge method after changing the default segment of access panel to another custom segment (OG-29952): This release resolves this issue. The MoveBadge method can be executed successfully after changing the default segment of access panel to another custom segment. 13. DataExchange Badges cannot be added using the Copy Access Level Assignment action when Rollback entire row is enabled (OG-30168): This release resolves this issue. The action works as expected and badges can be added. 14. Digital Video Able to hear audio in mute state after launching video in Alarm Monitoring (OG-30174): This release resolves this issue. Audio is muted in both single view or matrix view. Video Viewer (Browser-based client) title bar color does not extend across for widescreen monitors (OG-30179): This release resolves this issue. The red title bar extends across the display as 15. Global I/O Global I/O does not unmask input groups (OG-30099): This release resolves this issue. The Global I/O masks and unmasks as 16. Installation Black box appears in Client Update command prompt (OG-29758): This release resolves this issue. 5 17. Linkage Server Linkage Server stops working when processing temporary access levels (OG-29921): This release resolves this issue. The Linkage Server works as Search on cardholder custom field UDFEMP.EMPLID causes error with report (OG-29935): This release resolves this issue. The report can be previewed when searched on Cardholder custom field. 18. MapDesigner Certain device names/font combinations cause MapDesigner to stop working (OG-29708): This release resolves this issue. MapDesigner works as 19. Replicator System Table Download wipes out Badge Type to Badge Layout association (OG-29787): This release resolves this issue. The Verify Badge layout appears as Hardware Transaction Failed error occurs in Replicator when uploading several hardware transactions (add/deletes) from an Enterprise Master/Region (OG-30030): This release resolves this issue. Replicator works as Site Publication Server Transactions will appear stuck in Awaiting Processing at Destination status if source transaction is deleted from BDG2TRN (OG-30149): This release resolves this issue. Transactions are processed as Site Publication Server does not download Segment Groups as additional segments (OG-30355): This release resolves this issue. Segment groups download as additional segments as 20. Replication Administration The System-Wide Cardholder Search wizard in Replication Administration is too small to fit the enlarged Cardholder form (HPQC# 6617): This release resolves this issue. The System-Wide Cardholder Search wizard now resizes as Server ordering does not work in Replication Administration (HPQC# 6894): This release resolves this issue. Server ordering works as MESSAGE_BROKER_HOST option not listed in the Object Type drop-down in Replication Administration (OG-29638): This release resolves this issue. The Message Broker Host is listed in Object Type and can be used to filter transactions. PTZ Tour failed to run at the first added time (OG-29968): This release resolves this issue. 6 21. Reports User Transaction Log report does not display the correct records based on date time filter (OG-30031): This release resolves this issue. The User Transaction log report displays the correct records as User does not receive the record count warning if OnGuard database uses non-default database password (OG-30251): This release resolves this issue. The user receives the record count warning as expected if there are more than five (5) records. The timezone Never has incomplete display in Timezones Report (OG-30346): This release resolves this issue. The timezone Never displays as 22. Scheduler Recurring actions with specified end date do not work on last day (OG-30342): This release resolves this issue. Recurring actions work as 23. System Administration Auto disarm option stops working when an intrusion mask group with an LNL-CK in it is modified (HPQC# 6957): This release resolves this issue. Intrusion mask groups can be modified and the auto disarm option works as The same IP address can be used for the primary and secondary connections for a DES server (OG-29632): This release resolves this issue. The same IP address cannot be used for the primary and secondary IP connections. Controls in the Badge Template Assignment Wizard do not fit on the screen (OG-29699): This release resolves this issue. Controls on all tabs display as Baud rate cannot be set when configuring an Intercom panel (OG-29901): This release resolves this issue. The baud rate can be set when configuring a Commend GE300/GE800 Intercom device or a Generic Intercom device. Hardware timezone is clipped in NGP Panels and Hardware Panels report (OG-29903): This release resolves this issue. Content displays as No support for Authenticated Reader on the LNL-2210 and LNL-3300-M5 (OG-29957): This release resolves this issue. Authenticated readers can be properly configured for LNL and LNL-3300-M5 panels, in addition to the LNL-2220 and LNL-3300 panels. CASI 20 DI inputs in range cannot be used with custom alarms (OG-30180): This release resolves this issue. CASI 20 DI inputs can be used with custom alarms as Pair Master settings is still checked even if 8RP reader is set as Paired Reader (OG-30210): This release resolves this issue. Pair Master settings is unchecked and disabled when 8RP reader is set as Paired Reader. Panel and Reader wizards are improperly blocked on an Enterprise Master (OG-30234): This release resolves this issue. Panels and readers can be added as Unexpected alarm generated when badge is swiped at reader and Destination Assurance is configured (OG-30264): This release resolves this issue. The max number of records message no longer appears when attempting to add records. 24. System Management Console LSM service is displayed in the System Management Console (OG-29703): This release resolves this issue. The LSM service has been removed from the OnGuard Services list in the System Management Console. 25. Visitor Management Cannot add a visit in Visitor Management (OG-30188): This release resolves this issue. Visits can be added as 26. Web Area Access Manager Area Access Manager (Browser-based client) fails to remove Access Level with the error The delete action failed. (OG-30226): This release resolves this issue.
