2 ABOUT THE STUDY... This study was designed, prepared and conducted by the Research Department of Contracting Profits magazine. Its primary purpose was to gather information on the purchasing habits and market growth of Building Service Contractors (BSCs) nationwide. On February 16, 2006 a self-administered questionnaire was sent via to a random sample of 5,000 non-duplicated subscribers of Contracting Profits magazine. On April 28, 2006, with 234 usable questionnaires returned, the survey was closed and tabulated.
