Designed in a modern contemporary style befitting the new trends in hotel design, Neo Hotels offer uncluttered open space that creates an atmosphere of relaxation and revitalization in a trendy but reasonably priced environment. Neo hotels are non-smoking hotels inside a smoking area should be provided with some outdoor seating, beside the coffee shop for example.

3 Design Concept The Neo rooms are standardized but flexible, however all brand standards need to be followed. Refer to the Neo room checklist for more details. The interior design is flexible as long as it follows the brand requirements and Neo design concept. Neo Hotels are typically 100 to 150 rooms in size and have the usual facilities and services one would normally expect to find in a 3 star hotel, such as coffee shop, meeting rooms and parking space. A normal 100 room neo hotel would need around sqm of land. The cost to build is between IDR 400 million and IDR 450 million per room bay. Design time usually takes two to three months and following one or two months of bidding, from ground breaking to soft opening can normally be done in around one year.
