The State estimates that these utility adjustments will be completed as shown. An extension of working time will be granted, if necessary, for delays caused by interferences beyond the expected completion date. The Contractor is invited to review the outstanding utility adjustments with the Area Engineer assigned to this project and listed in the "NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS."
