EASY SET-UP: Multi-Vac comes equipped with dual hose inlets, one on the left and one on the right sides of the machine, No turning the machine around to orient the hose. Each inlet has a replaceable abrasion resistant deflector plate. LARGE CAPACITY: Multi-Vac Millennium series comes standard with a 1500 Litre fork lift truck portable hopper. This results in fewer dumping cycles, less contact with product and less demand for the fork lift truck. LESS DOWN TIME: Multi-Vac s NO TOOLS REQUIRED filter bag and cage removal or replacement is by far the simplest and quickest system on the market. A bag and cage change can be made in less than 45 minutes. The bag house cover is hinged and has quick opening clamps. This compares with some of the competition s bolted covers with numerous nuts and washers to remove for access. Once the Multi-Vac bag house cover is open the cage and filters can be removed by hand. No bolted retaining rings to remove. Multi-Vac s filter bags can be removed from the clean air side of the bag house. The spent bags may be pushed down through the tube sheet into the hopper. The person changing the bags does not come in contact with the dirty bags, which is important in properly handling toxic materials. SIMPLICITY: Multi-Vac has no internal ledges or baffles to trap material. This is important when handling different materials to prevent cross contamination of toxic materials.
