2 1 General Information BCM is able to operate: - as a signal boiler controller. This enables control of basic services of the heating system and includes system safety devices - as a HCM (Heating Cascade Manager). 10 3.3 - BCM (HSC) parameters - General settings / HSCP-UFLY user settings The BCM received is factory set to control via 0-10V temperature. (Control via EX- TERNAL HEAT CONTROLLER 0-10 V). To enable 0-10 V request, you must close the contact between pin 12 and pin 9 with a jumper or with a control from external heat controller together with Also jump pin 12 and 11 (ISPESL input alarm) or use it to manage the system's safety devices. With an open contact, all generators are switched off with the alarm signal. If BCM is coulple with HSCP or UFLY, you must edit the following parameters (Chap.3.1) Connecting a storage tank probe, Stemp ACC,, the 803 Srv parameter automatically takes on the value 27 and system reconfiguration is requested on HSCP or UFLY (saving the new configuration). 11 3.4 - Error code When the boiler detects a fault, the alarm symbol is displayed on the screen with the relative error code and description. You can reset the boiler by pressing A from HSCP, or by pressing RESET from BCM. It is possible to activate burner ignition from the BCM manual request button (A) The ignition procedure is inhibited until gas pressure reaches the correct values. Check electrical connections BMM and e-bus 11

Resetting is automatically carried out when the temperature is < 80. Effect: Stop burner, Pump on at maximum speed. 14 RETURN PROBE Auxiliary (SRG) sensor interrupted 40 MINIMUM WATER FLOW (DK) The main water flow is not detected by DK within 20 after activating the pump. It is enabled if the parameter FS = 1, 2 or 3.. If FS.1 = 0, Effect: Stop burner 73 NO WATER PRESSURE SWITCH The fault is only checked if parameter FS 2 = 1. It is detected if input DK is active for more that 20 after disabling the pump. Effect: Stop burner 08 WATER DEFICIENCY Insufficient water pressure and consequent intervention of the minimum water pressure - pressure switch (DK). Effect: Stop burner 17 EXCHANGER HEAT EXCHANGER Exchanger freezing is detected If the heating sensor detects a temperature below 2 C, burner ignition is inhibited until the sensor detects a temperature above 5 C. Effect: Stop burner Pump active for 5' at maximum speed to obtain heat from the system. 58 Flow sensor SGM effect: Burner OFF. 13 28 CLOGGED OUTLETS It is detected from the CO sensor if the COC = 1 or 2 parameter is enabled. If COC = 2, the COL sensor is controlled to detect chimney obstruction with low air intake conditions. It is only controlled when 1 burner is on. If there are no chimney obstructions, the code is automatically cancelled after 10'. Effect: burner off. 93 SAFETY PROTECTION: INAIL safety parts intervention, or if there is no open jumper (Y2-11/12) Effect: Stop burner and stop pump 30 Damaged service parameters due to electromagnetic interferences.
