4 1 Caution Regarding Installation Do not repair or inspect the device when it is plugged in. Do not clean the device with a wet towel. Clean it with a dry towel. Do not install the control panel near the high-pressure device. Keep the distance of more than 50mm between the main unit and peripheral modules such as wiring ducts. Do not disassemble or remodel the device arbitrarily. Only qualified after-service personnel may carry out technical service on it. Do not use the load exceeding the switching capacity of relay contact. Make sure not to let hazardous substance flow into the device. Attach the device to nonflammable substance such as metal. Do not allow foreign substance such as wire or metal fragment get into the device. Install the device in the indoor space where ventilation condition is favorable. Avoid direct sunlight, explosive gas, and hot, humid dusty or saline environment as well as the space where condensation occurs easily. Arranging input/output wires near high-voltage line or power line may cause inductive disturbance or overall system malfunction. Before proceeding electrical wiring, get familiarized with the relevant details. Then work with electrical expert. Establish double safe system in a place where huge loss of life or property may occur. Keep a certain distance between a controller and the other equipment(relay, inverter, magnetic contractor, etc.) in order to avoid the influence of heat or radiant noise. Use isolation transformer or noise filter in a place where noise(emc, Electromagnetic Compatibility) infiltration is possible. SEUNGIL ELECTRONICS 4

For STHAV-MB/MA, the operation control mode is included in the option setting menu. 2. For the operating control mode(no. 15), there are three modes to choose from: local operation, cabled remote operation, and schedule operation. 3. Select the desired menu and press the SET key to modify the set value. 4. When the system is in proportional control, the heating/cooling deviation should be more than 1 and the humidification/dehumidification deviation should be more than 10%. 5. Setting the delay time for compressor reduces the possibility of malfunction by preventing the frequent operation of compressor due to temp./humidity hunting. 6. The FAN DEL menu allows users to set the delay time for fan. The system operates the fan for the set time even after power shutdown to eliminate the heat remained on heater or vaporizer. Please set the delay time for at least one minute to maintain the device at its best condition. 7. The AUTO RESET menu allows users to set the delay time to reboot the system after unexpected power outage. It is intended for supplying power to the system in a stable condition. 8. When the DRAIN function is on, the system periodically drains the water out of the cylinder of an electrode steam humidifier. 25 SEUNGIL ELECTRONICS

The COMP GUARD menu(no. 7) allows users to set the minimum time to restart the compressor after its unexpected shutdown due to alarm occurrence or cooler operation. It is intended to protect the compressor in case the delay time set for the compressor is not large enough to prevent its mechanical failure. 2. The LP DELAY function(no. 8) enables the system to ignore low pressure signal for the set time and makes the compressor to continue its operation. 3. The LP COUNT function(no. 9) prevents the excessive operation of compressor due to lack of refrigerant or momentary condensation during winter. The compressor is not operated for the set number of low pressure occurrence. It is advised to set the number according to the length of pipes since the compressor may be operated frequently due to lack of refrigerant during winter. 4. When refrigerant is completely exhausted, cooling operation does not occur due to the inability to detect low pressure. The system sends out alarm signal if not being able to detect low pressure for the time set on the LP CHECK menu(no. 10). 5. The system shuts down the compressor after the time set on the PUMPDOWN menu(no. 11) in case of not being able to detect low pressure during the pump down process of chiller. Set the time as 0 for the when using the system without pump down. (It is advised to set the time according to the length of pipes.) 27 SEUNGIL ELECTRONICS

It is intended to protect the compressor in case the delay time set for the compressor is not large enough to prevent its mechanical failure. 2. The LOWPRESSURE DELAY function(no. 8) enables the system to ignore low pressure signal for the set time and makes the compressor to continue its operation. 3. The LOWPRESSURE COUNT function(no. The system sends out alarm signal if not being able to detect low pressure for the time set on the LOWPRESSURE CHECK menu(no. 10). 5. The system shuts down the compressor after the time set on the PUMP DOWN TIME menu(no. 11) in case of not being able to detect low pressure during the pump down process of chiller.
