Its main features are: INDOOR UNIT Compact and packaged. 4 60% space taken in the central heating 4 20% installation time of the complete system. Eurovent Energy Efficiency Class PATENT PENDING OUTDOOR UNIT (MSERXEE OUT) It allows to recover the heating and cooling energy contained in outdoor air at temperatures down to 22 C. Thanks to the use of the innovative energy exchanger the defrost cycles are reduced up to 70% compared to the traditional units. MSERXEE OUT adapts to many positioning solutions: external with or without ducting; under roof; in the basement. 4 SYSTEM MACHINE it can be used with radiant panel systems, room terminals and radiators. It includes all the necessary devices to ensure summer and winter airconditioning as well as the production of domestic hot water. Installation times and costs are drastically reduced because GAIA Aria contains the pumping groups, the domestic hot water storage tanks and connection to solar panels; 4MAXIMUM SAVINGS electronic control allows to freely establish temperature, humidity and operating times. Once set, the control automatically manages summer or winter operation, and the production of domestic hot water. Overall energy efficiency is maximized through constant monitoring of building needs and of the temperature of fresh air; 4 INVERTER DC TECHNOLOGY GAIA Aria provides you with winter heating and summer cooling with the maximum energy efficiency thanks to the DC inverter technology applied to the compressor, the circulator, and the fan. Thanks to the inverter, the speed of the various devices can be adjusted based on the actual requested energy, allowing further reduction of consumption and a substantial increase in seasonal efficiency; 4PRIMARY CIRCUIT it has got a low consumption DC circulator that allows to adjust the water flowrate according to the compressor speed thus maximising the heat exchange regardless the flow variations required by the system. 4SECONDARY CIRCUITS GAIA Aria can manage up to three different zones having different temperatures in function of the type of terminal through mixing valves and low consumption DC circulators with an automatic modulation of the waterflow depending on the delta temperature. Between the primary and the secondary circuit an hydraulic separator is built in to separate the unit from the user side in order to assure the best operating conditions of GAIA Aria. 4 SAFE AND ECOLOGICAL GAIA Aria does not use gas or other fuels and thus precludes the possibility of leakage of hazardous substances into the environment. It does not produce exhaust gas and does not require a flue pipe. Therefore, it does not require obligatory maintenance such as boiler cleaning and smoke control. It does not release CO 2 into the atmosphere. The domestic hot water is stored in a 200litre tank built into the unit. A special antistratification system makes it possible to contain the entire volume of water in the pump at a more or less constant temperature for added comfort. The unit avoids all energy and water waste thanks to the hot water circulator with inverter in the domestic hot water system. GAIA Aria also encompasses the expansion vessel, the safety valve, the antiscald pressure switch valve and an electric safety heater. GAIA has been designed for connection to solar heating panels. This leads to a further increase in the use of renewable energy sources for the free production of hot domestic water, through the solar energy captured by the solar panels. On days when the solar energy is insufficient, or if solar panels have not been installed, the hot domestic water is heated by the heat pump. 24

It reduces the fresh air load and supplies additional capacity, helping to maintain comfortable conditions.

At the same time, ELFOFresh 2 also recovers the energy contained in the exhaust air flow, multiplying it thanks to the heat pump technology and supplying it to the serviced rooms. In this way it reduces the fresh air load and supplies additional capacity, helping to maintain comfortable conditions. The main characteristics are: 4 High efficiency summer and winter active thermodynamic heat recovery 4 80% satisfaction of the building s heating requirement 4 Reduced consumption and simplified system 4 Electronic filtration for effective protection against even the most insidious pollutants (i.e. PM10, bacteria, pollen) 4 Summer dehumidification, ideal for combination with radiant cooling 4 FreeCooling PATENT PENDING AIR RENEWAL, PURIFICATION AND ENERGY PRODUCTION ELIMINATES POLLUTANTS ELFOFresh 2 uses an active thermodynamic heat recovery unit, in which the inlet and outlet air flows are separated completely by a steel wall. The heat transfer takes place through the cooling circuit, without the risk of contamination between the two air flows. In traditional enthalpic rotary recovery units, on the other hand, vapour is exchanged between the indoor discharge air flow and the outdoor fresh air flow, leading to substantial possibilities of contamination. ELFOFresh 2 rejects the stale air and introduces purified and climate controlled outdoor air. The harmful elements and smells present in the outdoor air or those produced inside the home are eliminated by the efficient filtration system. The electrostatic filter is easy to extract and can be fully restored through washing. 32
