3 Flow Capacities IMPORTANT!!! THS and SW/CW-75 models mix hot and cold water OR steam and water. When mixing steam and water, these valves may pass live steam under certain circumstances. The prevailing steam supply pressure must be slightly lower than the cold water supply pressure. Install pressurereducing valves where unequal supply pressures exist. 4 THS Thermostatic Hose Stations Exposed Assembly The THS unit delivers hot water at controlled temperatures and includes as standard features: DURA-trol solid bi-metal thermostat User selects mixed water temperature with a single regulator handle Inlet on/off stop and check valves Outlet dial thermometer Outlet vacuum breaker Stainless steel hose rack Factory-assembled and tested THS-5-VBD-CWH Recessed Cabinet Assembly Factory-preassembled recessed cabinet with hinged door and lock to enclose the complete THS hose station with hose rack and up to 5 feet of Heavy-Duty Industrial Hose. THS-5-VBD-CW Panel-Mount Cabinet Assembly Factory-preassembled system with recessed stainless steel cabinet and flush-mounted panel for direct access to the controls of the THS unit. The stainless steel hose rack mounts on the front panel, outside of the cabinet. THS-5-PVBD Pedestal Unit The pedestal unit accommodates the THS hose station to offer a washdown option wherever floor piping is available, allowing installation of a thermostatic hose station at various locations.
5 SW/CW Manual Hose Stations Exposed Assembly The SW unit delivers hot water for equipment washing where thermostatic control is not required and includes as standard features: Manually adjustable temperature Inlet on/off stop and check valves Outlet dial thermometer Outlet vacuum breaker Stainless steel hose rack Factory-assembled and tested SW-75-EVBD Recessed Cabinet Assembly Factory-preassembled recessed cabinet with hinged door and lock to enclose the complete manual hose station with hose rack and up to 5 feet of Heavy-Duty Industrial Hose.
