6 SOLAR READY TANKS (SRT) 316 Stainless Steel 10 Year Warranty If your old electric hot water heater has failed and your not ready to add solar hot water your home just yet you can purchase a Wilson Solar Ready Tank. The Wilson Solar Ready Tank will work the same as your old electric water heater, but will have the extra flow and return ports added for when you are ready to add solar hot water evacuated tube or flat panels. The tanks are manufactured from stainless steel and fitted with flow/return ports, a temperature probe pocket plus the normal cold inlet and hot outlet with a 3.6kW electric element. 9 The Wilson Hot Water ThermaCoil stainless steel tank is among the most efficient heat exchange mains pressure tanks available. ThermaCoil is the ideal vessel for heating domestic hot water from renewable energy or waste heat sources with the highly efficient finned tube heat exchange coil designed to deliver as much energy as possible into the ThermaCoil tank. 10 Ceiling Mount Hot Water Heaters Wilson low pressure electric water heaters are designed to be conveniently installed in the ceiling space. The water heaters are supplied complete with a compact polyethylene cold water feed tank, float and ball valve. An optional special cold tank to allow equal flow of hot and cold water to the shower is available. Wilson units are constructed from copper, insulated then encased in galvanised steel. 12 Floor Mount Hot Water Heaters Wilson low pressure electric water heaters are designed to operate up to a head pressure of 7.0 metres via an overhead cold water feed tank. The water heater can be installed in the ceiling space or at floor level. The position of the overhead tank controls the flow performance of the heater: the higher the header tank, the better the flow rate. These hot water heaters must be vented to atmosphere. 13 Wilson floor type electric hot water systems are constructed of solid copper, enclosed in an extremely efficient insulation with a colourbond outer steel case. These water heaters can be heated with alternative energy options, such as solar and/or stove and can be fitted with a mains pressure coil. 15 The Wilson Electronic Cuppa is avalable in 13 models, with either white colorbond or a stainless steel exterior finish. Commencing at 2.5 litres which will suit a small office or factory to the massive 60 litre unit with 2 outlet taps for quick discharge of hot water. Ideal for commercial kitchens and restaurants. No separate thermostat required as all models are electronically controlled resulting in a minimum fluctuation of water temperature. 16 Instantaneous Electric Water Heater The Wilson A5 Series is a continuous flow instantaneous electric hot water heater. The Wilson A5 is energy efficient as it will only heat water as required. The heater has no storage and will continually heat as water passes over the heating elements. The Wilson A5 does not require a safetray or water saving devices. The Wilson A5 can be installed virtually anywhere to cater for most installations and is fully serviceable. This unit will deliver sufficient hot water for factory amenities, small domestic dwellings and shops. 17 Instantaneous Electric Water Heater The new Wilson Super X version 6 has been designed to be a flexible instantaneous hot water unit. It can be installed with or without the supplied Expansion Valve making for a quick & easy installation. The choice is yours! The Wilson Super X has no storage and is energy efficient as it only heats water as required and will continually heat as water passes over the elements. The Wilson Super X can be installed virtually anywhere and will supply enough hot water for small domestic dwellings, shops or factory amenities. 19 CHILLED WATER BUFFER TANKS Wilson Chilled Water Buffer Tanks (CWBT) are designed specifically for chilled water systems. Designed and built to AS1210 Pressure Vessel Code, Haz E. These heavy duty commercial stainless steel vessels are available in options of polyurethane or polystyrene, foil coated, vapour sealed insulation to comply to Section J of BCA code. The Chilled Water Buffer Tank is then surrounded by an attractive colorbond outer case with the option to upgrade to aluminium or stainless steel. The properly sized CWBT is the perfect solution to rectify low level water conditions which occurs from insufficient water volume to chiller capacity ratio. This additional buffer capacity adds the necessary volume capacity required to eliminate problems such as; excessive chiller cycling, poor temperature control or erratic system operation. Standard vessels are manufactured in stainless steel therefore not susceptible to corrosion, that can occur due to high condensation in higher humidity environments. 21 Rapid Flow Dairy Heaters All units are fitted with adjustable thermostats and supplied with tip to toe anodes. The range of dairy heaters allows for the correct choice to be made to suit all cleaning programs: as a rule of thumb, 25 litres per set of cups per day. 22 D Series Dairy Heaters The Wilson D Series Dairy Water Heater is available with or without attached header tank. If installed with a separate header tank, the maximum head pressure which is measured from the base of the storage unit to the top of the open vent pipe, must not exceed 6 metres. Both models are available in a variety of sizes and all are fitted with main and booster elements. The booster element is used to restore heat lost between the morning and evening milking and can either be turned on and off manually or controlled by a time switch.
