Makkovik Plastic Bag Ban which involved distribution of reusable bags to residents as well as public education City of Mount Pearl Textile Collection and Recycling the project collected textiles at the curbside from residents on demand, and also placed collection bins in the town for drop-off. $2,000 $4,000
