Our bespoke trees are manufactured by hand, right here in the UK with an outstanding attention to detail and transported to location to be installed by our assembly teams. Our trees are handbuilt to museum grade quality using cutting-edge fabrication techniques and technology. Just tell us about your tree project and the specifications you re working to and we will be able to offer you advice on things like the materials and shapes that may work best for you and the foliage and canopy proportions that would give you the most natural looking, long-lasting results. We offer two different options for our bespoke trees. These can either be fabricated trunks" or real preserved trunks". Both options are for different uses but they both look absolutely fantastic and you will find it difficult to tell them apart from real trees. Whichever option you choose for the trunks, we use clever techniques to fix and colour match preserved wood branches to form canopy structures from artificial foliage. Invisible jointing gives a natural looking result, with intuitive spacing and shaping to produce brilliantly lifelike trees. We have a variety of UV protected foliage that will last for years, even in the hottest of countries, guaranteed. We also have a range of fire resistant foliage which is certified and ideal for indoor mall projects or visual merchandising trees. 3 Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain, one of 17 full-size reproduction Olive trees designed, produced, and installed by Silk Blooms Premiere Bespoke For almost 10 years, Silk Blooms have been supplying the interior landscape industry with custom-made reproduction trees using a combination of preserved natural trunks and branches with artificial foliage in either inherently fire retardant or UV and fade resistant materials. With requirements specified by architects, designers, and landscapers, our Bespoke Production teams make to order the trees and shrubs required for prestigious and modest projects alike. Specialist fabrication units, such as our CADCAM CNC room and the moulding, casting and coatings bay supported by the fully trained metal fabricators prepare the structural frameworks, which are then hand finished by skilled artisans before being foliated by our highly experienced tree builders. Stunningly realistic and inspired by nature are hallmarks of our Premiere Bespoke custom-made trees and shrubs. 124

Features to be tasteful & stylish without overpowering the space. Two preserved olive tree trunks with natural branches and artificial foliage bearing artificial olive fruits, mounted into structural planters with seating surrounds. Undercanopy height set to prevent overhead obstruction to visitors, whilst keeping natural proportions to the trees. A number of engineering challenges involving baseplates, mounting stands, and hidden lightingc onduits were overcome with direct liaison between Silk Bloom's drawing office and the project architects, designers, and managers. These trees were purpose built to enclose and mask structural support pillars. Trunks were constructed as a whole with foam and bark coatings over a multi-upright steel skeleton, then split vertically for encasing the pillars. Light weight and fire retardancy a primary concern in the design plan. After taking moulds from live Silver Birch trees, the faux trunks were created with lightweight fire retardant pouring foam. Canopy branches utilised fire resistant Manzanita branches, with the finished trees hand-painted to natural winter colouration for the species. Design by David Carter Cherrill Manufactured by Silk Blooms Trinity Centre Mall, Leeds, UK Several large clusters of UVsilx buxus topiary trees and mixed underplanting providing both decorative features visible from the shopping mall walkways, and attractive garden settings on the roof areas below the glazed domes. The more than 120 teardrop-shaped trees varied from 0.6 to 2.2 metres tall.
