2 Deeply rooted History The roots of the Jansen Holding reach back to the year Back then Dipl. Ing. Ludwig Jansen founded the company Jansen Tore in Surwold, which is still engaged in the manufacturing and the sale of high-quality door systems. From long-standing experience in the manufacturing of doors, Ludwig Jansen was always able to set new standards. Thus a further company was founded in 1999 with the business focus on fire protection products. Through the manufacturing of the most different types of fire protection doors and innovative constructions made to specifications in overdimensional sizes the company succeeds in setting itself apart from its competition and to fill a niche.

3 In the meantime, Jansen Holding has also extended its activities to the maritime sector and specialises in the production of a wide variety of shipbuilding panels. The panels, which are also available in combination with fire and sound protection requirements, are also ideal for building constructions. Nowadays the companies Jansen Tore, Jansen PU Technik and Jansen Systembau belong to the Jansen Holding, as well as branch establishments and sales offices in the entire area of Germany. International activities are executed by agents in Austria, Switzerland, Norway and the Czech Republic.

5 Investment into the environment and future Environmentally conscious thinking and acting are an essential element of the company. Jansen feeds the gained energy of a wind power and photovoltaic plant into the company. Jansen has recognized the signs: Investing into the future also means, investing in the apprenticeship of young people. Therefore, Jansen trains in nine recognised occupation requiring formal trainings and counts on qualified specialists from its own ranks. 7 Assembly Apart from the delivery of their door systems they naturally also carry out the assembly and installation of their products. Due to their skilled assembly operators they guarantee a smooth implementation from the actual installation via the electronical installation up to the acceptance inspection. Inspection & Maintenance By all-around one-stop service Jansen also means that they do not only take care of the compulsory inspection for door systems but also offer additionally the maintenance of the door systems on request. Customers thus do not only save money but also a considerable amount of time.
