2 ROLLER DOOR TIGHT-CLOSING HERMES To be implemented like standard industrial doors. Can be used multifunctionally as permanent functional door. Tight & self-closing. Door Leaf: The door leaf consists of singlewalled steel slats with a material thickness of 1.0 mm. The separate slats are hinge-like joined together. Steel end pieces prevent side-ways displacement of the slats. Guide Rail: The roller door is guided in revisable steel guide rails. The rolled-up door shell and the rolling shaft are cased by a covering hood. Control & Drive: A specially coordinated drive and control system (micro-processor steered lock system) which has been approved by building control is employed. Application as permanent functional door with 200,000 verified load plays (according to norm: 10,000 load plays) can be avouched for without additional maintenance effort. Due to miscellaneous independently adjustable parameters in the control our door systems can be run like standard industrial doors (see supplementary equipment). Due to battery buffering the door will be held in its current position for at least 4 hours in case of a power outage. The control as well as all other safety devices continue to be active in case of fire. AQUISO - 1st place in the German Fire Protection Award environmentally friendly with an attractive price-performance ratio. PLATO - Suitable for larger sizes - With good insulation values and high continous function. Door Leaf: The door leaf consists of hollow section profiles with a height of 112 mm/ 121 mm. The separate slats are joined to a shell via a turnable connection system. The thickness of the elements is 35 mm/ 48 mm. The surface is sheer aluminium/ galvanized steel. Guide Rail: The guide rail consists of zinc-coated sheet steel in a screwed construction. The width is 115 mm. Higher Position of Installation: As Europe s only manufacturer of fire protection doors is Jansen able to offer authorized roller doors as counter closures in the fire resistance class T30/ EI30. These doors are mounted in a higher position of installation. Assembly Apart from the delivery of door systems Jansen naturally also carries out the assembly and installation of the products. Due to our own skilled assembly operators Jansen guarantees a smooth implementation from the actual installation via the electronical installation up to the acceptance inspection. Inspection & Maintenance All-around one-stop service means that Jansen not only takes care of the compulsory inspection for door systems (according to inspection regulations of the respective federal state and the rule of the professional association) but also offers additionally the maintenance of the door systems on request. Customers thus not only save money but also a considerable amount of time. The difference between maintenance and inspection is that for maintenance additional work routines according to the manufacturer s guidelines are carried through for the preservation of performance properties. After completion of the respective maintenance or inspection the customer receives an inspection record in which all implemented work routines as well as possible faults are stated. For fire-protection closures with lock systems, the operator is obliged to periodical monitoring through qualified persons according to the guidelines for lock systems, published by the German Institute for Constructional Engineering in Berlin. Furthermore the performance of fire-protection door systems with lock systems has to be checked by the operator.
