6 Conditions of Participation. Registration Please submit your registration in writing to TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH as soon as possible. The final date for receipt of registration is three weeks prior to the start off the conference. Your registration is binding as soon as it hass been confirmed in writing. Fee The fee (without deductions) is due on receipt of our invoice and must be paid prior to date of Symposium. The fee does not include accommodation costs. Arrangements The organizer reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or postpone the conference or make changes to the program. Please understand that due to the limited number of participants, we are obliged to retain 50 % of the fee for cancellations which arrive later than 141 days before the start of the conference. The T entire fee must be paid in case of cancellations which arrive laterr than 7 days before the start of the conference and participants who w leave during the conference. Liability If an event must m be cancelled due to reasonss for which TÜV T Rheinland Industrie Servicee GmbH is answerable, only fees which have already beenn paid willl be refunded. Furtherr claims are excluded. For damages for which TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH is answerable, the company shall only be liable in so far as it is found guilty of intent and/ or gross negligence.
