ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AND SECOND GARAGE The matter under discussion is at the request of Mr. Jack DiCocco, owner of 835 Woodmere Drive, Broadview Heights, Ohio (PPN ), for a variance of 600 sq. ft. accessory structure and second garage. The requested total size structure is 280 sq. ft. more than the 320 sq. ft. maximum allowed. Codified Ordinance section (b)(2) and ordinance limits an accessory structure to 320 sq. ft. and limits a property to one garage.

2 Page 2 CASE # 14-28: 8740 BROADVIEW RD PPN: LISA SIKULA, OWNER VARIANCE REQUEST FOR TWO FENCE VARIANCES The matter under discussion is at the request of Ms. Lisa Sikula, owner of 8740 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio (PPN ) for a variance of 26 from the requirement to end a fence at the rear corner of a residence. The intended fence will extend 26 past the rear corner of the home toward the front of the home. Because of an existing fence a variance of 24 is also requested from the required 30 maintenance access corridor required between adjacent fences. Codified Ordinance section (d)(1)(C)(4) requires ending fencing at the rear corner of the home and Ordinance requires a 30 maintenance corridor.

3 Page 3 CASE # 14-29: 2469 BARNSLEY WAY PPN: NATHAN ZAREMBA OF ZAREMBA INC. - REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE OF 10 FOR DECK TO EXTEND INTO REAR YARD SETBACK The matter under discussion is at the request of Mr. Nathan Zaremba, owner of 2469 Barnsley Way, Broadview Heights, Ohio (PPN ) for a variance of 10 for a deck to extend 10 into the required rear yard setback. Codified Ordinance (d) requires a 20 rear yard setback. CASE # 14-30: 5727 SAXONY COURT PPN: SHEREMARIA AGAIBY & MAGED RIZK, OWNERS - REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE OF 15.1 FOR DECK TO EXTEND INTO REAR YARD SETBACK The matter under discussion is at the request of ShereMaria Agaiby & Maged Rizk, owners of 5727 Saxony Court, Broadview Heights, Ohio (PPN ) for a variance of 15.1 for a deck to extend into the required 30 rear yard setback. Codified Ordinance (d) requires a 30 rear yard setback.

4 Page 4 CASE # 14-31: 8900 AVERY RD PPN: MARIE KEISTER, OWNER -REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FOR SIZE AND HEIGHT TO EXISTING ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AND A VARIANCE TO INCREASE NUMBER OF HORSES ALLOWED The matter under discussion is at the request of Ms. Marie Keister, owner of 8900 Avery Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio (PPN ) for an addition to an existing accessory building of 2112sq. ft. The requested total size for the structure is 5024 sq. ft. but 500 sq. ft. is the maximum allowed. A 3 height variance is also requested for a total height of 19. Codified Ordinance section (b) (2) and Ordinance limits an accessory structure to 500 sq. ft. in area and a height of 16. A variance of 3 horses is also requested from the 5 permitted based on the total acreage. Codified Ordinance (c) allows 1 horse for the first two acres and 2 horses for each additional 5 acres.
