9 Primary Function of PAGA System To provide priority one way communications to alert personnel to situations that represent risk to life, and then direct and advise them through the course of the emergency through the use of automatically and manually initiated alarm tones and emergency speech, supplemented by the use of high intensity flashing beacons in highnoise areas.
