5 Industrial body belts 1 Scope 1.1 This standard specifies the general design, material, construction and performance requirements for industrial body belts. 1.2 This standard does not cover belts or harnesses for fall-arrest or work-positioning situations. These devices are covered by SANS and SANS Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
