3 The Benefits of the Honeywell Systems Integrator Programme The programme is structured to allow your business to take advantage of a range of growth, training and technical support orientated initiatives, creating a winning formula. Honeywell has now taken that to the next level with the creation of Training Centres of Excellence (TCoE) in the UK, Netherlands and Germany to further enhance the effectiveness of these programmes. Each TCoE boasts of state-of-the-art equipment, latest Honeywell product offerings and an ergonomic and pleasant learning environment. In addition, we also offer Train the Trainer programmes to help create knowledge centres within your own team, as well as onsite training. As a Honeywell Systems Integrator you will gain privileged access to these facilities. You may also be eligible for the intensive sales and marketing training that has been developed by Honeywell for its own sales and marketing teams, creating a significant competitive advantage for your business. Honeywell invests heavily in Technical Support to meet the needs of customers. We have strengthened our dedicated support team to provide you with the best on-site and fixed support services to ensure your Honeywell products are deployed successfully and ensure that you are equipped to optimize the value of your customers investments. As a Honeywell Systems Integrator you have priority access to this business-critical resource. In addition, Honeywell is introducing, for selected products, a full suite of field service programmes such as product loans, service exchanges, advanced replacement and accelerated repairs. We are also introducing Software Service Agreements (SSA) that will help create a long term support mechanism for you and your customer. These are all designed to help you maintain continuity of security service at the customer site and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Honeywell Systems Integrator you will have the potential to experience beta releases of new cutting edge solutions and provide feedback to our global development teams. This early experience will enable you to be first to market with our new offerings.
