VELASQUEZ, RME LICENSE NO GENERAL MANAGER HEAD MECHANICAL DIVISION HEAD FIRE PROTECTION DIVISION He has been a Mechanical Design Engineer and Consultant for the past six (6) years and has been involved on over eighty (80) projects locally and abroad. He was a Mechanical Design Engineer for DCCD Engineering Corp. Oneof the pioneer Engineering Design Services Firm in the Philippines. He started Ice Thermal Technology in the Philippines, a revolution in Air-conditioning System, particularly on Trinoma Mall and Greenbelt 5. He was a Mechanical Division System Engineer for LRT 1 CAPEX A Project under Sumitomo Itochu Joint Venture (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries). He was a Mechanical Design Engineer for Meinhardt Philippines. His most notable project, for this company, is St. Luke s Hospital located in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Philippines. He also did several Dubai projects including high rise buildings and towers. He was a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for MNE Engineering & Associates, a U.S. Design Firm. His projects are mostly American Housing and District Cooling/Heating System for U.S. Bases located in the Asia Pacific. He has designed Air-conditioning and Ventilation Systems for several fit-outs for different companies including Tokyo Tokyo, KFC, Burger King etc. He is knowledgeable on Mechanical and Fire Protection Design Standards including ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE, NFPA, etc. He is knowledgeable on different Design Softwares and Applications including Carrier E20, TRACE, HEVACOMP and Equipment Selection Softwares. He has a good track record and professional approach in design. He was primarily involved in the design of Air-conditioning, Ventilation and Fire Protection System of Panglao-Bohol International Airport. CELIS LICENSE NO HEAD ARCHITECTURAL DIVISION He has been practicing his field as an Architect for nearly thirty (30) years and has been involve on Project Management, Construction and Design. He was a Head Architect for Phil JAC Incorporated. He successfully completed international and local airports including Mactan-Cebu International Airport, NAIA Terminal 2, NAIA Terminal 3 and Panglao-Bohol International Airport. He also was also involved with International Airports including Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He was involved in International Projects in Mumbai, India particularly high rise buildings, under P & T Consultants. Under EDCOP and Taisei Philippines Construction Inc., he has completed numerous local projects from high rise buildings, medium rise buildings, processing plants and land development. He was Head Architect, Construction Manager and Project Coordinator. Under Sierra Land Net and A. C. Paredes and Associates, he has completed numerous local projects from medium class residential units, high end condominium units and warehouses. He was Junior Architect and Construction Manager. He is knowledgeable on Architectural Design Standards both locally and internationally He is highly knowledgeable on both Design Phase and Construction Phase since being an Architect and a Construction Manager. He was a Sanitary Design Engineer for DCCD Engineering Corp. Oneofthe pioneer Engineering Design Services Firm in the Philippines. His notable projects include Trinoma Mall and Greenbelt 5. He was a Quantity Surveyor for plumbing and sanitary for MRT LINE 7 Project under LEIGHTON PHILIPPINES INC. He was a Hydraulic Design Engineer for Meinhardt Philippines. His most notable project, for this company, is LATTER DAY SAINTS - CEBU locatedincebu City, Philippines. He also did several Dubai projects including high rise buildings and towers. He is currently employed in DCCD Engineering Corporation as one of thier Senior Electrical Engineer. He successfully handled several Electrical Construction Projects and has actual on-site experience and knowledgeable on its construction processes. He was an Lead Electrical Engineer for Greenbelt 5 Project. His work involves, Designing the Electrical and Lighting Systems, Design of the Auxiliary and Fire Detection Alarm Systems He was the Electrical Engineer on hand in The Peninsula Manila Renovation Phase 1 and 2. His duties and responsibilities involved the Design of the Electrical and Lighting Systems as well as the Auxiliary Systems Design He has designed Electrical and Auxiliary Systems for various branches of Citibank Saving Bank. He is knowledgeable on Electrical and Fire Alarm System Design Standards including NEC, NFPA, etc. He is highly knowledgeable in the Electrical Construction due to his vast experience as Project and Design Manager. ESTONANTO, RME ASSITANT HEAD MECHANICAL DIVISION He was a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer for Meinhardt Philippines Inc for more than a year.
