17 BORGLAND DOLPHIN: BS- 100 TO AUTROSAFE BS- 100 to AutroSafe upgrade project. Scope of Work similar to B11; System design, F&G Cabinet engineering, documentaton incl. Loop drawings. Autronica was not responsible for the installaton. Use of BS- 100 adapter socket/plate. Flame and Gas integrated to AutroSafe via 4-20mA interface cards. Detector count (for replacement) : 109 ea. Gas (HC and H2S) 6 ea. Flame 422 ea. Smoke/Heat/MCP 17

19 BORGLAND DOLPHIN: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION Old cabinet moved, but stll functonal. New AutroSafe cabinet installed and commissioned towards SAS. CommunicaTon between AutroSafe and SAS verified and tested. Loops gradually transferred to AutroSafe, by creatng loop breaks and changing to new AutroSafe detectors 5 at a Tme. Every day was completed by commissioning and testng new detectors and verifying placement in SAS. PlaHorm always protected. 19

21 F&G UPGRADES: COMMON CUSTOMER CHALLENGES ConnecTon boxes (JB s) for detectors (open hidden above ceiling). Faults or missing informaton in current (old) documentaton. Might require changes in the field. EX equipment connected to non- certfied equipment. Consumables like cable glands, blind plugs, cables, JB s etc are not taken into consideraton while planning. Resources, more resources à faster executon 21
